Lesbian harassed and forced to leave a public restroom

Did I miss something? Is there a law that requires us to have ID on our person at all times? I didn't know that was a requirement. I'm glad to see the party of "small government" staying out of our personal business. They want IDs to pee, but say the words "gun control" and they crap themselves.

Maybe you're the pervert. I don't ever look in other bathroom stalls so I couldn't tell you what kind of genitals are next door. Why are these poor victims being forced to pee with trans people looking in the stall of the trans person? Perhaps they are indeed the pervert.

 

As am I. I have seem very feminine gay men wearing woman's close so by your logic they should use the woman's bathroom.

 

So perverts don't try to sneak peeks at little girls ? We never hear about young girls being approached, fondled, or flashed while just out and about. So now letting perverts into the ladies restroom is no worry.

Perverts will perve regardless of the bathroom laws. These laws are not meant to protect anyone. They are simply fear and ignorance of christian idiots in legislative form. it's also why you'll never see one of these laws outside of bible thumper southern states.

The problem with this is that we had exactly what you wanted when I was a kid. There were no toilet laws back then. We had two choices, and no girls went into the boys room, and no boys went into the girl's room.

Do you want to go back to not having toilet police? Just have two choices, and let people deal with this choice on their own?

 

Just digging for the axiom that you base your argument upon. If the law does not mirror your opinion then it may be you who is left feeling uncomfortable, thus you have a choice to be intolerant of harmless action or to be tollorant of harmless action... or fight to get laws passed that mirror your opinion.

There is likely no further we can take this argument but I thank you for your civility and perspective.

I apologize for getting upset. I realize there's not much I can do but I still feel that if you act the part then you should live it. I myself simply don't like the idea of changing things to accommodate such a miniscule part of the population. Keep things as they've always been. If I can't tell you are really a woman in the stall next to me then no harm done. If laws are changed to allow anyone to frequent any restroom they so desire I think that will lead to much unneeded unrest that could be avoided by simply leaving things be. Truly before recently I never heard of any issues.

 

I don't know that Liberace was all that miserable. But yeah, back in the day there were no toilet laws. There were just restrooms, and social stigma was enough to herd the guys in one and the girls in the other.

You mentioned Rosa Parks, yet look at the events that led up to that, and you'll find your solution was the cause of all the problems. First we had slave states which resulted in the civil war which resulted in the reconstruction which resulted in jim crow laws which resulted in Rosa Parks getting on a montgomery bus with the intention of getting arrested, which led to the civil right's act, and CA making laws about how society can no longer police itself, and now you've got toilet police arresting lesbians in toilets.

All of this is traced to government making laws. Laws that legalized slavery, war fought by governments, laws that made it illegal for interracial couples to marry...

I'm merely suggesting that we get the government out of the toilet. I want the cops out of California toilets, out of Florida toilets, out of Main toilets, and every toilet inbetween. Are you with me on this?

Or we can keep on swinging back and forth on this issue with the government creating problems that shouldn't be problems.

People need to answer for their aggression so that people who overstep and oppress others are brought back into line, and the LGBT's have been very aggressive.

 

Laws have never kept people from behaving inappropriately. It is why there are people in jail. And in the good ole days, people would get beat up for being themselves. You know, a LGBT type are some of those types. There was a time, blacks were also beat up because they weren't white. Those were the social norms.

To protect little girls we should really focus on homes, schools and churches as those are the more common places pervert creep on little girls.

 

I didn't realize wearing flannel and having shorter hair meant you wanted to be male. Why assume she wants to be male? She even says multiple times she's a woman.

 

And who says we shouldn't focus more everywhere ? The answer is that YOU do !!! You want to open up such as rest rooms and locker rooms to any pervert who need only claim he "identifies as a woman", thus infringing on the safety and privacy concerns of all females just to accommodate a handful of true gender-confused folks who can't keep from putting panties and a dress over their penis !!
