We never crossed the desert until night time esp between LA and Las Vegas. Had to have a water bag attached to the car grill in case the engine overheated. I remember driving up the 'Grapevine' between Bakersfield and LA; all the cars pulled over to the side with radiators blowing steam. But that still happens unless you turn off air conditioner.

 

Nobody can answer the question why blacks keep burning down there own neighborhoods ?

Why don't blacks go into white liberal neighborhoods and loot and burn down their neighborhoods ?
Most liberals don't own guns and have the government monkey on their backs depending on government to protect them, their families and home.

The "West Side" of Los Angeles where liberal politicians like the Clintons and Obama go for money is extremely liberal and has the lowest gun ownership in the state of California.

No one had heard of skid row until reagan/bush made the decision to dump most of the mentally ill residents of our insane asylums out onto the streets of America which caused the biggest crime/homeless/prison crisis in the past 90 years. They did this to "save" us money although this just meant they went from asylums to prison and cost us considerably more per year. And then like every single program they cut to "save" us money it was just shifted to areas where they could inflate their stock portfolio instead of giving it back to us Americans. You could say their cutting taxes is a part of those savings but every time they cut taxes they never cut expenses so its just pushed down the road to the next few presidents.

In recent times the idea that without social welfare programs the poor will rise from their situations and somehow have plenty was a children's story popularized by them.You know because that's the way people work, throughout 99% of human history there have virtually been no social welfare programs and as a result people lived in a financial utopia instead of cities filled with poverty and murder.

Nope. I've had dogs all my adult life, and no flea problems. I recall once, about 15 years ago, a possum landed a few fleas on our dogs. We treated them immediately, plus all their bedding, plus all the areas they frequented around the house and yard. Responsible pet ownership means no fleas.
