    They're doing that in rural communities in the US. They're replacing expensive emergency medical service facilities in rural areas with life flight helicopters that scoop patients up, and fly them to trauma centers in nearby cities.

    Yep!

    Some of the towns have less than 200 people but we usually have at least a “single nurse station”

    I disagree because I never contended it was the only influencing factor. I do not believe I read that in the article, either.

    1) I have proven that maternal mortality is multifaceted
    2) I have proven that legalised abortions DO reduce maternal mortality by a very significant amount
    3) your further logical fallacy where you are setting up a false equivalency between abortion restriction and instant effect on statistics is not worth even mentioning
