Ones MOS (rating for a sailor) is decided with in the first month of basic training.

PFT score ot rifle marksmanship score plays no part on what your job will be in the military.

Something I find interesting is the retired Marines who go into teaching and can’t control the classes. I Keynote on classroom management and when I’m near Quantico there are many in the audience. Practically every time I speak one will come up and tell me that he can’t manage a classroom. The reason is they can’t be physical nor can they make kids do 20 push-ups. But most of them do fine

Yes, I love those silly pink hats. I get a good chuckle out of them. Think of it, here is a segment of society claiming to be "oppressed" and all they can do about it is nag and use silly symbolic objects. And they want respect? Hahaha!

And there you have it. What you're really saying is: "we demand equality, but reserve the right to be treated differently, based on what we feel we want to contribute...".. Utterly laughable. Ladies, this is your time to shoulder the burdens of the world that you've separated yourselves from. You wanted equality, we expect that, just like men, you will become interchangeable with men, take on the same expectations as men, and generally not have to figure out how to differentiate yourselves.

Let's look at numbers how many people fight even in war, how many are in closer infantry combat zone support and how many are not in combat? Then if women are in the Selective Service and drafted with generally better educations how many would see combat in the first group and second group realistically put at risk? Figured it out roughly in a worse case scenario maybe 60% in WW2 many worked far from combat. Nurses at a hospital in a rear area, those who moved supplies outside a combat zone, office work and duties not anywhere near the enemy so can't women fill a lot of areas in a total war scenario not in combat directly. So why is it unfair they register under the same rules they should have been in the system when it started.

You have an obsession with these pink hats which were worn only one day in a march with millions of women and men. I wonder if you find swaztika and white hood funny symbols too

Then do something! Men made the laws not to draft women, now take up the cause . We raise the children but that’s not important lol

I support the decision from the SCOTUS. I'm asking that folks, like you, live up to that decision. You want to be treated equally? Stop complaining about it.

Then I think you should go through childbirth and nursing. After all aren’t we equal? (Sarcasm alert)
I do have to laugh because I am not the one complaining it’s the whining men here

So is the silly MAGA hat.
Those silly pink symbols brought millions of women together and so much has happened since whether it be all the women elected to Congress or the me too movement...Of course the hats are funny looking but too bad the symbolism is lost on you. Remember the guy who grabbed *******?

Actually that's a rather poor comparison for the discussion at hand, not to take away from the achievement itself. That was a group effort of both men and women and they were all civilians. Military would indeed be different.

The point I am making if there wasn’t a need for women the code might not have been cracked.women were not allowed to hold those jobs and were paid a” lot less than the men doing the same job. Actually the women weren’t all civilians

Nah, the pink hats are a symbol of bigotry because they represent only a certain group. The MAGA hat represents making America Great for all Americans. Not just a certain group.

I can see how democrats would like the pink hats. Dems like wearing pointy hats.....

This is almost comical, that if somebody fights for a cause that means they are bigots. I think the sad thing is that you are unaware of what bigotry really is. You get confused between the victims and the victimizers. You think that if one fights for a cause that means that they don’t care about other things. The Maga hat’s don’t represent making America great it is a symbol for Donald Trump and his ego . They wear his hats that he makes a profit and that were made in China. By the way the pink hats weren’t worn by Democrats they were worn by women of all parties... That’s what happens when you lump everything together simplistically. Republican women have abortions, Republican women get paid less for the same work, Republican women have the same difficulty getting loans etc.

I think you’re missing the point I am trying to make. A misogynist here believes women weren’t capable because if they were they would’ve done things like men did. They were used to crack codes because they were needed showing that women had equal abilities but not the opportunities And many of these women were in the army and navy

You have a problem with America being great? Typical America hating lefty.

Trump was talking about what groupies allow wealthy and famous men to get away with. Grow up.

So you really think the hat makes America great? Or is it a symbol?now maybe you’re understanding symbolism . And I guess you’re very proud of a president who grabs women by the ***** because he’s wealthy and famous. I bet you think it’s OK that he gets away with cheating on one wife with another woman and then the next wife with another woman and so on while he has a new baby at home and commits fraud with his fake university

So we agree if there is a draft considering education level differences women benefit from that when it comes to the duties they would b assigned and far less likely that would be in active combat aka grunts. So why is it an issue the 14 Amendment is being violated unless the same obligations and penalties apply to both genders in the Selective Service.

I hope you’re doing something that you see as unfair!
I am confused about your reference to the 14th amendment
