    The horror of it all to learn that we in CA have 3 armed school districts that do defend their children.

    Bet it is in republican areas of CA.

    Yes, they aim very very well. And stock the home with military weapons. Gun control works like this. Use the proper position and the proper breathing skills and carefully aim and squeeze the trigger as were it on a woman's breast. Tenderly in other words.

    Teachers and staff are government. Arm them as 3 districts in CA have done and so far no gun deaths in the districts schools. Any criminal wanting to shoot up the 3 districts will find lead flying their way. And they don't need to wait for cops to show up. Teachers are not preachers so can be trained to keep schools safe.

    Teachers are for teaching not shooting.
    Should the database of people who can't have guns, be broadened to include anyone who has come to the attention of police for violent behaviour?

    If a teacher has a gun to protect the students, how safe would kids feel while at school? Is that just saying that school is a dangerous place?
