Well they certainly had more tax dollars spent on them providing extra opportunity and education, what they did with that economic boost clearly didn't buy them education or jobs. You can't help a culture that feels threatened and in turn threatens their peers when they show progress and a chance to rise above the quagmire of poverty, drugs and the control of gang leaders.

The left has financed this way of life for almost a century "Longer actually" to loose their numbers to economic mainstream would mean less attention, less funding and votes. The left will never release the African American. Their continued dependency and welfare bought servitude is the lefts base, and they both are now deeply dependent on one another! The average African American has been held back by the left so long now it's doubtful they could ever catch up with today level of education needed to succeed! Black American were so sure the Democrats had their back when all along they had them by the balls!

Both. Reparations aside, I'd like to know how many people feel they've no obligation to support themselves, or their offspring, regardless of race.

 

The bottom line is minorities have equal rights. They can chose to follow a path to better themselves. This is the only obligation society has. Anything beyond that does not help society or anyone. Those who choose to better themselves will do better in life and those who sit around whining will not.
