FYI - for obvious reasons Australia and New Zealand share close economic and social ties, closer in fact that the ties between the US and Canada. Apart from a fairly broad free trade deal we are also entitled to travel to and reside permanently in each others countries without the need for a visa. Plus after an eligibility period we can access to each others social security & medical benefits systems.

New Zealand will have got advice from authorities on the sort of thing likely to get these lunatics going and presumably psychologists suggested showing something like this at this time may have that effect.
