Because dealing with it now won't cost him the election. I said it doesn't really matter to anyone, I didn't say it wouldn't become a point of attack for Trump haters. It has nothing to do with the tax policy or the wall.
I saw the response after I posted this. The problem with Clinton is that presidential affairs were still very bad for your persona in the 90's and he also lied under oath. I wish it was still viewed that way but progressives have made sure that nothing remains traditional as it used to be. If you've ever read deep into Monroe's "overdose," you'd see that many have concluded that her death was really a hit by some of JFK's people because he'd had an affair with her and didn't want the public to find out.
In My World { which really is all that matters to me } when someone strikes a bargain and takes money { the gelt } that IS a transaction. Notice how this whore now claims { is pulling } she is giving the money back. That proves she took it { was compensated }. That is a transaction.Just like one can't legally sign a contract if under duress { at the point of a gun } of if Drunk. I don't see her legal argument. She struck an agreement Signed by her but not all parties and she took the agreed upon sum.Not air-tight but close enough.
Oops... the clock has struck 12:01.... wonder if that wire transfer is on its way?? Not a big 60 minutes fan anymore (won't it conflict with NCAA tourney this weekend?), but I'll probably have to watch this one...
Wait. What? It was the republicans who dragged the Lewinsky affair in to the light. In fact, Jeff Sessions was giddy with glee over the prospect of crucifying Clinton. Again, no one is claiming what Trump did a decade ago has any bearing on his presidency today, other than it shows just what a lecherous scumbag he is. No, the problem I have is that Trump, et al. knew that the 130k payment was illegal at the time. Why else would they try and hide it with the payment coming from an LLC that was explicitly formed to make said payment?
Would you not, however, agree that in order for a contract to be valid it must be signed by all of the parties to it? That's just basic Business 101.
BAHAHAHAHA! Quite the "Legal Genius!" Stormy Daniels Lawsuit Dismissed, Trump Entitled To Legal Fees "No amount of spin or commentary by Stormy Daniels or her lawyer, Mr. Avenatti, can truthfully characterize today's ruling in any way other than total victory for President Trump"
Not yet! Stormy Daniels an adult film star who previously alleged an extramarital affair with Donald Trump now says in a statement the affair never happened. https://nypost.com/2018/01/30/stormy-daniels-now-denies-ever-having-an-affair-with-trump/
Care to revise and extend your remarks? Wonder how much he's going to get out of her attorney Avenatti? And she has to return the $130,000 I believe since she violated the agreement.
Only in the United States does a second rate reality TV star, and third rate casino owner, get elected to the presidency by a duped electorate.
She has to pay all of Trump's legal fees. She will pay otherwise Trump will sue her again and again and again.
Its probably safe to say that the repaying of the President's legal fees will be covered in some part by monies Ms Daniels collected from GoFundMe. I would imagine the people who donated to her are not going to want to think about that possibility.
