This Professor's site pulled in the early voting/mail in data as available from each state's websites and it was updated daily. Below is a link to all states. Information available varied by state. PA gave info by party - requested/received.

There is a lot of debunked info out there, the 700K+ more ballots received than sent out is just one of them

The expansion that the Republican legislature agreed to? The rules they set that a few members now want to overturn because they lost?

More nefarious. The law was co-authored by 5 Republicans. They knew a year ago that Trump would lose so they passed a law that they themselves could challenge as unconstitutional in the state. Little did they realize that it is constitutional as far as president votes go.

I don't know whether it is constitutional or not. Just don't see any rational court agreeing on doing anything retroactively. For 2021 - sure
Also, I had read that they had 6 months after it was passed to challenge in court and that deadline had passed. I don't know if that is based on law though

the legislature has requirements in place for amending the state constitution, which were not followed.
These requirements were placed by the legislature a long time ago.

If you have evidence Trump lawyers do not have regarding 'dems stole election' I'm sure they would be interested, as they have failed to present it thus far. Perhaps they are incompetent and you are the genius? Are you stable, that is the question?

I cannot speak for all Republicans. However, it appears to be a simple math problem. The sum/different will be incorrect if one is not using the correct numbers to make calculations.

It is a sad day when people make **** up like this instead of reading posts and responding honestly.

It is a state issue. The US. institution give the states the rights to conduct an election. That means that thevstate can set the rules for undervwhat conditions a mail in e.g. Absentee ballot can be obtained. The law as passed by the PA legislature said no reason needs to be given. That is how the mail in ballots were requested and sent out. You cannot in restrospect disenfranchise millions of voters. The voters followed the law as it was at that time. The challenge go the law occurred after and only after it was seen that Biden supporters were the ma joeity of the voters who asked for mail in ballots.

As I stated before since there was no challenge to the law before the election but came after a court ruling rendering that law unconstitutional retroactively is not something that will happen.

The funniest deal is that even if the SUOREMES sang out an song of overturning the PA result it makes no difference because Biden wins with or without PA.

    So the TS rules applies.

Again - overturn PA and the math gets tighter. If the Supreme Court is willing to overturn one then multiple states are at risk as they will have shown a willingness to be complicit with a coup

What I am considering is the specific law that is bring challenged. Example in PA they are trying to claim that the open reason to give out mail in ballots is unconstitutional. The other cases c,aiming fraud have slapped down so many times that I do not see much of a chance that thevSUPREMES will sing that tune.

Biden WILL Be Sworn in on 1/20/21. Period.

Any conversation implying different, is merely an academic exercise in speculation.

That video is over 2 months old.

The idea has been thoroughly discredited and his scenario is a non-starter.

    Huh?

    Off-Topic Much?:bored:

Anyway, back to the actual OP Topic:

Everybody KNOWS that Biden WILL be sworn in on 1/20/21.

^Things like the PA situation (in the OP) won't change that FACT.

The CNN left-wing activist was saying about the same thing 2 months ago that Tim Pool was saying 23 hours ago. The only difference is that CNN thinks that rule of law and following the constitution is dangerous to America, and Tim Pool suggests those are good things. Either way, it is still possible that this election ends up in the House of Representatives.

    Playing coy, how 'cute'.

Biden will always have the shadow of fraud over him, even if you are right. How silly to think you speak for everyone.

Get back to me on January 20th.

If Biden is not sworn in, then we can talk.

    Until then? :bored:

    You have not presented evidence.
    Obviously, there is none.

Judges have ordered re-do elections, Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania should do so under intense scrutiny.

Why not Florida? They used some of the same vote counting machines.
There is genuine concern about a Dark Money candidate stealing votes in South Florida.
