Given this, does that mean ALL 100,000 votes are invalid because the voter specified no reason or are they comprised of valid mail-in-ballots (having 1 of 4 reasons for voting by mail) as well?

The lower court decided in favor, the appeals court of three did not. On to SCOTUS.

LMFAO! Really? What law school did you go to? Trump U?

Your understanding of our judicial system is lacking. But you go 'head. Whatever gets you through the day.

Makes perfect sense. If no one is sworn in on the 30th, those seats become vacant.

100% of the state representatives term ends 11/30. The election down ballot hasn’t been certified.

Is the claim these legislators are claiming that ONLY the presidential votes are not constitutional? No one voted for the representatives on the alleged unconstitutional ballots,

Even left-wing media has made some small attempts to inform you. Facts from media's political activists pundits are far and few between, but here are some facts from CNN, sprinkled among the typical propagandist's monologue: Trump could stay in office, legally and constitutionally.

    I know, right?

How could anybody possibly think that the SCOTUS is gong to get involved in these "cases" in any substantial way?

Apparently, many people just don't realize what the S.Court actually does?

Yead I'm sure that even caused more confusion. I came form the History Channel political site, but they closed that down while I was in MD, it was njrobster there.

They don't seem to understand what the courts themselves do. It appears they see courts like legislatures, where you hold hearings, then vote based on party affiliation. In cases involving one judge, the reflexive reaction is always, "It's an Obama judge." Whatever Trump says, they parrot it, and it becomes effectively true in their minds. Fascinating times.

Thank god Biden supports affordable health care. *wink*

It isn't encouraging to see Trump's supporters openly promoting such authoritarian measures. Luckily such dictatorial efforts are highly unlikely.

No judge, in their right mind, would strip the constitutional democratic right that their vote counts, from an entire states millions of people. That would be tantamount to declaring democracy is dead in the USA, which is exactly what Dirty Donald is trying to accomplish.

and factor in that the Republicans waited until after the election to file this suit, but as we have see over these past 3 weeks, Republicans have no shame in trying to steal an election

A rational judge will dismiss anything that would impact this election, but let them file suit to change it going forward.

There are valid absentee votes which conform to the current state voting laws. I'm unaware of the total number of votes they are talking about, but I think it's more than 100k.

This, from Senator Mastriano, is interesting....

The folks who started changing election processes weeks before the election screwed up royally. There was no time for state legislatures to make constitutional amendments to their voting laws. That makes for a lot of challenges as to whether a lot of these elections were even legal. Last minute, unconstitutional election rules turn us into a Banana Republic.

Osmosis isn't needed. Common sense is enough to realize Biden will be sworn in as POTUS.

Sad day when our constitution and laws are considered authoritarian and dictatorial. It's the left who decided to skirt the rule of their own state laws and now we are seeing consequences.

@LoneStarGal, It looks like the wrong numbers were used for those calculations.

I absolutely agree that every discrepancy should be reviewed and decided upon. That is how a democracy should work. I'm just not sure there is enough widespread fraud that can be proven to overturn the current numbers.

The early voting data is interesting to read. So Github calculated all of those votes before election day? What is the total number of mail in ballots received and why are Republicans claiming that number is not accurate?

your boys willfully neglected to follow state law concerning the expansion of absentee ballot use.
The voters you speak of can't be disenfranchised because the votes never legally existed.
Follow the rules next time and you'll be OK
