The PA legislatures has entered a resolution for the AG to decertify and return the constitutional power to the legislature.

Election irregularities have a direct bearing on electoral college votes.

SCOTUS despite rumours to the contrary has a history of siding with the constitution when there are no ambiguity there. If that's where your hopes lie forget it. Trump could have put in 9 justices and still lose this one. 9-0

States ignoring their own election laws has a direct impact and will be before SCOTUS.

The judge found no public record of the certification which was reported in mainstream "news".

There is no irregularity. The state legislature passed a Republican law that was applied. People voted according to that law. If state elections are challenged that's their problem.

It would appear that many conservatives are relying on actual court documents to inform them, while others are relying on bull hockey media (like CBS "journalists") to let them know what their opinion should be.

I, for one, shall stick with the court documents.

Good luck decertifying an election. I don't believe such an act would pass constitutional muster. It's like Trump is claiming one fraudulent vote invalidates millions. Ain't gonna happen.

That article addresses two different lawsuits. The court rejected a suit filed by the Trump campaign lawyers (Giuliani, Ellis).

This thread relates to another lawsuit filed by Mike Kelly on behalf of himself and other petitioners:

In this case, the judge has halted certifications from progressing until other court hearings take place.

You know, there are so many of these frivolous suits it's hard to keep track of them. I'm sure that's by design. Anyway, our Trumpster friends are a day late. This story was mentioned by me the moment I heard it over the radio. Three or four OP's popped up informing us of this...YESTERDAY. Lmfao.

    So, the OP is DOA.

Senator Mastriano and three House Reps are filing a legislative resolution to withdraw and vacate the premature certification. (This action is separate and independent from Mike Kelly's challenge, which is the topic of the thread.)

Y'all are mixing up multiple lawsuits which are happening, or trying to stir them together like mashed potatoes. There are a bunch of individual potatoes baking in the courts right now. They are separate filings.

    Yeah. Right.

There is ZERO Chance that Biden Won't be sworn in on 1/20/21.

Biden WILL be sworn in. Period.

Give it up folks, the Democrats cheated fair and square. Besides, NO court is gonna overturn this done deal. Why? If it stands Republican's will piss and moan, then suck it up. If it's reversed the Democrats' Sturmabteilung will burn the country down for the next 4 years. It's a no-brainer, even for a judge. The die has been cast for future elections here on out. Pay particular attention to the coming Georgia senate re-vote, which will determine WHO controls the Senate, remember? Georgia's Republican voters may as well stay home and get drunk.

Dream on. On what basis will the SCOTUS agree to hear this? What is the legal theory here? How did PA violate the US Constitution? If you can't answer these questions, then you're running on fumes.

And since your posts here have been proven wrong, why should I give your opinion the time of day? My posts have proven true. It's pretty clear who has a grasp on things here.

The irony is pathetic; somebody criticizing another for "not having read the ruling." Funny stuff. It's a good idea to check before ya post.
