Bladen County should be interesting for the Board because it is the only county where the Republican share of the vote increased.



The Republican winner, Mark Harris, had a 905 vote lead over the Democratic challenger out of a total of ~279,000 votes cast. Harris won Bladen County by roughly 1550 votes.

It is unclear whether any irregularities would be enough to alter the results from this election.

 

The story of this situation is wild with stories of irregularities going back to the Republican primary when this guy surprisingly won.

Also, remember that it is the Republican being charged with voter irregularities/fraud. I want you to imagine how much Trump would be discussing this situation if the problems were showing up on the democratic side.

No one should pre-judge whether this is a case of voter fraud. Obviously, it merits a thorogh investigation.

That followed a unanimous vote earlier this week to postpone election certification results.

More than 40% of the absentee ballots requested by African Americans and more than 60% of those requested by American Indians did not make it back to elections officials. For white voters, that figure was just 17%.

This is not just another case of fake, hyper-partisan, evidence free, claims of voter fraud like Lyin' Don pulling 3-5 million invisible illegal voters out of his butt.

The discussion is specifically focused on voter fraud and trump's allegation that he lost the popular vote because of illegal voting.

That he would make that allegation while still winning the presidency is a demonstration of his thin-skinned ego.

And now, 538 has moved this election all the way from "called R" to "toss up" because the allegations of voter fraud are so credible that a re-vote is very likely.

 

At least North Carolina is willing to actually recognize their voter fraud. That's more than can be said about Broward county in Florida or California. Charge them with felonies and lock em up.
