Did I miss something? Is Hannity accused of a crime?

Normally when a reporter has a business relationship with the person they are reporting on they disclose it. They call it ethics.

You don't want equal treatment under the law.

Are you for the Clinton email investigation be reopened so it can be undebacled and the law applied properly?

Hannity says there was no business relationship, he never retained Cohen or was invoiced for any legal service. And I think he had noted on his show he knows Cohen, liked the guy.

Trump and Hannity aren't even friendly with the truth.
Why would either one care about ethics?

Yeah, Hannity "liked" a creepy GOP attack dog lawyer known for threatening people.
These people are thick as thieves, when will Trump's low-information crowd finally figure that out?

I don't recall Hannity ever denying he knew Cohen believe he spoke of him in personal terms as someone he knew.

He spoke about it on radio today. Clips of that have been played on Fox and he is covering it tonight.

So what are you waiting on what is it you think you are going to get? His relationship on any legal basis is none of your business or that of the governments and any records concerning Hannity should be returned immediately.

Absolutely. I’ve never had any love for her as a politician, and her recent scandals only eroded any respect I may have had for her as an individual.

None that I know of, I do know a former Secretary of State who did.

Which one obstructed justice in a federal civil rights lawsuit and a federal grand jury?

So when did obstruction of justice become grounds for removal?

Why should it make ME feel better about what our government is being turned into with these abuses of powers we see in these agencies? You betcha the court should give a damn about the feelings of the citizens especially when it is about a government abuse of the rights of a citizen and insuring we do not lose faith in our government.

    :applause:

Let's hope it is pursued because we do know crimes were committed with regards to the emails and the Mills was given special considerations and immunity on a phony claim of attorney/client privilege. Here it seems to be a legitimate claim, he did serve as Trump's attorney and for many years. And of course the Hannity thing is NO BODIES business especially the government and those records if any should be immediately returned. In fact the judge should have heard that in camera instead of having it disclosed in open court.

Nixon was impeached for obstruction of justice;https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impeachment_process_against_Richard_Nixon

You have nothing intelligent to debate on this topic.

Do you admit that Hannity has been railing against Mueller over the Cohen raid?

Is it possible that Hannity's criticism of Cohen's raid would be viewed differently, had the viewing audience known Hannity was a client of Cohen?

Strange that Cohen would lie about something like that, but I'll take your word for it.
So if your first statement is true there is no client privilege so the Feds can have a peek if they like, assuming they were within bounds of the warrant.
Watching Hannity makes me nauseous so please report back.

This revelation is about the strangest thing I have heard in a while. Naming Hannity as a client the way Cohen did seems to indicate he wants privilege over documents and communications with Hannity that may have been seized by the FBI. Why would Cohen have any privileged documents on Hannity, when Hannity said he's only casually asked for Cohen's legal advice occasionally? Something isn't adding up, so I agree… it's probably going to make things worse in the long run.

Only a guess.... He might have been feeding Hannity Trump directed talking points and didn't want that known.

    Yes, that is true.

However, the 4th Amendment, and case law, has placed limitations and restrictions on the scope of such searches and seizures.

It is a stunning development that a government agency can spy on the President by seizing records of the President's interactions with the President's lawyers.

No foreign government needs spies in the USA anymore. They have the FBI and MSM to do their spying for them.

People should consider that attorney-client privilege no longer exists. Rather, a person should consider that their attorney is a government investigator you pay hundreds of dollars an hour to investigate you and turn all the findings over to the government.

"Taint team" is just a way to totally erase lawyer-client privilege while claiming the exact opposite.

Just because you are the Presidents attorney does not give you a free pass to commit crimes. The other side of the coin. :)
