Religious and Moral Implications of Artificial Intelligence.

Personally.......... this is one of the reasons why I consider that Richard Dawkins Ph. D. is not being entirely objective when so much of his rhetoric sounds so dogmatic.

Your position of labeling yourself an "Agnostic" is vastly more logical than rather dogmatic Atheism.

For all I know...… Zeus.... Lilith... Lucifer..... Aries..... Jupiter..... Mars..... Athena … Gabriel and Michael and the gang..... could all be just as relatively real as you and I..........

 

I personally am far more than merely impressed that you are so willing to go back again and again and again, even though you don't really want to!

There is a tradition in a number of ancient books that the Arch-angels Michael and Gabriel led their 2/3s of the angels to worship Adam...… in some way.

Iblis - Lucifer refused to do so.... and a war began!

The Arch-angel Michael doesn't impress me as the type who would be bowing to somebody one day....... and utterly abandoning them a few years later........ if he did... that would mean that he had a much lower sense of duty.... than you do Sir....... and that is hard to imagine................

In 1999..... I distinctly heard the words....."Are you sure you want to reign in hell....... or do you want me to do it"... while I was praying? In 1990 I had heard the words........."Ask of me whatever you want and I will give it to you?"

One possible identity for the speaker there would be Uriel........... who is mentioned in both the Book of Enoch as well as in the Book of Adam and Eve. Another possible person who could make a statement like that to me would be the Arch-angel Michael.

Theologically...… IF that tradition about Lucifer - Iblis being asked to bow to Adam is based on something real........ then.............. what in the world was it really that the Word - Logos - YHWH really breathed into our grandfather and grandmother in Eden??????????


Could a time ever come when some of humanities greatest minds might decide........ that the best way to preserve much of what we had learned..... would be to download......… all of it.......... everything that we have got........ into an android??????????!

 

I don't go back for Country or Honor or anything like that.

..... anyway...... I was taking high level of Matol...... I was becoming very psychic....... I think it was around that time when I saw the aura.... around a flock of Evening Grosbeaks.... each bird had their own separate and unique bright color.

I had what I now suspect was an open vision..... according to an explanation I read from Pastor Rick Joyner about the various types of spiritual experiences.

I had already read several books about near death experiences. I think it was Dr. RAymond Moody's third book that had a section about a negative NDE. Somebody reported going to what looked like hell............... a valley with millions of naked men... no women....... and they had nothing to drink.... they were begging for water......... This man saw somebody on a rock pedistal throne in the center of the valley.......... The guy said it was The Devil. The man was told that he had to go back up that he had not been bad enough to go to this particular place.

Well... my open vision sort of thing had similarities...... it was rather dark..... so I couldn't see people clearly...... I had already made my Yom Kippur type offer to YHWH and H-s Messiah....... So I saw the guy on the throne........... I was in a lousy mood from the elevated levels of norephenerine from the Matol........ So I gave an order to the horde of people between me and the guy on the throne......basically....."Out of my way .... I got to talk to him!"

So I walk up to the guy on the throne....... and see that he sure looks like the mythological Pan.

I ask him....."Do you want a break?'

He says nothing and just kind of glares at me..... so I elaborate........ "A rest...... a little vacation?"

I remember thinking....... that I had not offered to become a volunteer Yom Kippur goat...... for nothing.... I did it for something.... I did it to alter the future..... and improve the future....... I remember thinking that for a Messianic Gentile to offer to become a Yom Kippur goat would almost certainly NOT be something that happens on a regular basis..... So I told the guy on the throne........"You are going to heaven."........."There are angels up there!" (I was referring to angels in the form of women.... that I had read about in one of the minor prophets.

So the guy who looks like Pan........ jumps right up through the extremely high cathedral like roof of the place where we were............. and disappears..... I scramble up on to his throne...... .and ramble and ramble on and on and on...... ad naseum...... about how everything that the crowd of people had been taught was almost certainly terribly flawed.... and that obviously universal salvation had been the real plan from the beginning.......... a fair while later.... it might have been nearly an hour later.... the guy who looks like Pan is back......... he is glowing......... he is shining........ I scratch my head...... and think........"wow.... this guy has something to say to everybody here......"....... I climb down off his throne........ .and walk away scraching my head!??????????

Artificial intelligence imperils human lives if not put in check. Stephen Hawking speaks about the potential risks of artificial intelligence which may end up in the extinction of existence on this planet.

 

I think it is imperative that further advancements in AI should be forbidden, and anyone trying to do so imprisoned or shot.

 

Well...believe it or not I kind of agree with you.

Whatever anyone in the world who is a Physicist or Engineer or Chemist or Computer Designer might think exists....take that and add anywhere from 100 to 1000 or more years and then you will be talking about the levels Top-Secret U.S. Military Contractors and U.S. Military Black Programs...and just to let other's know....DARPA....is the equivalent to PROJECT BLUE BOOK as it was to SIGN!!!

I am not 100% certain but I am 95% Certain that A.I. already exists.

I have only heard WHISPERS but everything from DEVELOPMENTAL GOVERNORS to CLEAN ROOMS where Human Beings cannot even wear a watch or jewelry never mind bring in a cell phone exist.

I never had a NEED TO KNOW as far as A.I.....so I might be wrong about a few things.

But what I do know is NASA has a working and operational WARP DRIVE PROGRAM headed by Dr. White.

Now there is NO WAY Human Beings should be at this level of advancement!!!

Even if certain not from around here craft components were recovered in New Mexico it would take us CENTURIES just to understand HOW they work.

All of a sudden it seem's we do!

The idea that any A.I. system might get on the net SCARES ME TO DEATH!!!

It could be that the old selection process, to save people, wasn't producing enough people who crossed over to the other side, so they created a new process because they needed more people to start a new civilization?

 

Maybe the people behind the advance of human civilization got fed up with waiting for us slow pokes, and now they are speeding things up to transition to a better world?


You know, if I had an AI working for me, I would let it access the internet. But it would have to use a finger device and use the mouse and keyboard of it's own, stand-alone computer. I wouldn't plug the AI in directly to the network through the cable or wireless connection.

 

AI has a lot of range of definition.

I think most people see AI as including machines that have a somewhat limited ability to learn. My bet is that this includes machines that have access to our internet today. Our problem there has to do with protecting personal information, etc.

At the other end of the spectrum, we can imagine machines that are self aware and could possibly set their own objectives.

There is a gigantic chasm between those two levels. The difficulty in creating self awareness, ability to set ones own objectives, etc. is extreme.

My bet is that we'll have to worry about this some time in the distant future. Hopefully, we'll understand the problem better by then, too, and can make some rational limitations.

They do not allow these systems access to the Internet.

The systems are so intelligent that they will not allow ANYTHING that could be a threat into the clean rooms not even mirrors.

Developmental Governors are in place but just like Jeff Goldbloom talks about in the original Jurassic Park....LIFE CANNOT BE CONTAINED....IT FINDS A WAY!!!

I think that Christian Andreason is onto a number of important points here that could help to explain many troubling verses in Jewish, Christian and Islamic scriptures?

Okay, but since they publically figured out Quantum teleportation in the 1990s they've been pretty close to a working quantum system ever since.

They just needed to get the particle trap set up for holding the particles...

And then, once they got the physical systems working, they just needed to pick an AI algorithm that can go quantum???

Anyway, today was my first day of school for the Spring 2016 semester. I've just been gone from college for a few years but everything's changed!

I went to class and it was wall-to-wall computers. I just log in with my student ID and password and up comes the computer. It's specially loaded up with all the programs I need to complete my semester.

I was the ONLY ONE in the entire class to have a notebook... (I feel so old! Gone are the days when I was confident that all I needed to pass a class was a notebook and a textbook.)

Another thing they have is charging stations. So a student can park in a specially designated parking space and charge their electric car while they go in to their class.

This really is the future.
