OK, please tell me where you think I've done that.

You've done that throughout this thread.

Your comments on THIS THREAD include sentences such as:
"There is only one God, the God of the Bible, the creator of the universe."

You can't repeat that kind of comment and then claim that you aren't attempting to use the government to enforce your religion.

So, you have no evidence for your claim. Not surprised.

Do you not know when you are wildly flashing moral instruction and heavily implied criticism in the direction of those who do not agree with you?
I have to say that some of your didactic language is akin to an Islamic mullah imparting How to Live and What to Think, ordered to fulfill what YOU think is God's nature and purpose.
Maybe you have become immune to the tone of voice that pecks your head until you can't hear anything else. That you think it is normal and reasonable.
I appreciate you have been convinced of a commonly held opinion about what is alive and whose rights are first among equals, but then you go further and want the STATE, a impersonal body politic which see people as herds of votes, make policy for individual, personally involved people about the most invasive, personal decision they may ever encounter.
Do you think the state should legislate about what clothes people should wear? Whether people can drink more than xx amount of beer in public? How loud music can be at a public or private venue? And whether homosexual relationships should be made illegal?
What you want is a legally backed punishment for what you see as immoral. And you use one side of an issue that has no definitive answer...what is life...to make a moral judgement on those who don't agree with you. And you metaphorically shout at them from your self constructed pulpit.

In fact until a certain point in gestation, fetal cells can become anything we call life, and throughout the life of the human, stem cells can become anything.
Science is already growing human parts from stem cells.

Nope. I've never said I want government to set any policy at all.
