If they contained chemicals, then tens of thousands of people would have died when the chemicals were released in the air. Did Washington intend to commit genocide, or did Washington know that they did not contain chemicals and lied to the American people?

The answer has to be one or the other. Either Washington wanted to kill off the Syrian people, or Washington lied.
