Would you be thanking them if they had unearthed some dirt on Trump and released that to Wikileaks, with the result that Hillary won?

Because that is what you are implicitly accepting. If you accept that it is OK for the Russians to meddle in elections, you have to accept that next time around they "do in" your preferred candidate.

 

It may have been dirt but it was the truth. Clinton never denied any of it.

 

When you can't back up you're own anal assertions and you're appropriately confronted, you fall back on your predictable "trolling" defense.

So you would have no problem at all with - let's say North Korea or Iran or China - hacking into the IRS and releasing Donald Trump's tax returns? Or hacking into Deutsche Bank and releasing Trump's bank statements? After all, they would be true.

 

He has yet to be able to back up anything he claims in any of his threads.

 

Of course there is a problem with hacking and leaking. It's wrong.

But in Hillary's case it happened. You can't put the genie back in the bottle.

So what did the leaked e-mails tell us? They essentially confirmed what we already knew. That Hillary had terrible instincts. That all of her dishonesty and overall lack of character was understood by her own people. That her inner circle machine was complicit.

This was important information. It was accurate information. Why would you want to cover it up?

If you post nonsense lacking adult worthy backup, it's not his job to "debunk it". It's YOUR job to provide reasonable evidence of your position.

It's not always easy. It takes thought and a willingness to conduct intellectual evidence gathering. That's probably why you choose to skip these steps. Still, as an experiment, try it. You might be surprised at the satisfaction real effort brings.

 

Did I ever seem "quite pleased" about the "Russia dossier"? You will have to point me to my post to that effect, because I don't recall being "quite pleased" about it.
