even if in agreement, the 'gods' have never spoken aloud, so for the purposes of this thread... 'gods' do not exist, the decision is upon the breathing humans... which brings us to the question, do dems breath & are they human, how bout the repubs... no answers are correct so best way is for an actual vote of every citizen (outsiders excluded because of their obvious biased toward wanting to live) ...

I hope most people would say no, but I do believe there is a small subset of people who would actually support this action. It will never be policy, but I am just curious how many people here on PF would actually support a policy like this.

What lethal force strawman? The only claim was that a "small subset of people" support lethal force. This isn't a strawman. This is true. I've debated against several of them here in PF. 6 people so far have answered the poll with the response that we should use lethal force. Have you read anything in the thread at all?

Anything done by law is done by force of law. Any law, any law, can be resisted to the point where the one resisting is killed. People have been killed for resisting laws against such trivialities as selling a single cigarette.
