Should we abolish ALL forms of government welfare, and let the poor wither and die?

Should ALL forms of governmental assistance be abolished? Food stamps. Housing. Health care. EVERYTHING. Medical bankruptcy

At this point, should we also accept that, all people who rely on these systems either find their own way, or simply die off.

There are another 15 million who have IQ's that put them in the range of mentally disabled.

The measure of a country is not in how it treats the wealthy, but in how it treats the least fortunate of it's citizens.
