It is probably worth that much because of all the people from Ca. wanting to move to Texas. In my state the real estate prices are on the rise because people from NY are wanting to move here. (sigh) Signs of progress is very much like signs of pollution and over population. Sleepy little country towns are now bustling big towns with big town problems. The town I grew up in is unrecognizable. People have the tendency to want to make it over into what it was like where they came from.

In about 1900 the imported red fire ant was accidentally released at the port of Mobile in Alabama. This thing is enough to make a Preacher cuss. I have a festering sore on my left wrist from an infected fire ant bite.... bites... And I stepped in a mound this morning with no socks on.... just slip on shoes. I can take the heat, the dry, the humid, the wet, but I hate.... I mean I really hate....

When they bite try putting white vinegar on the bites it will help with the pain.

Not going to happen they are everywhere. Science needs to work on eliminating them or at least slowing them down. I was picking okra yesterday and got stung about 6 times. I immediately went to the kitchen and put white vinegar on the bites. The pain stopped and I don't have blisters just some red spots.
My husband uses a powder call Bengal it works ok on killing the mound and is a repetitive job. They are an earthly version of hell. I just want them gone.

These new Coronavirus Postive cases are manipulated.They test
some one { say in a bar } and if positive they find out who he was
with in the bar.If a small group of friends they consider all those as
Positive also.W/O testing just using their names.
Florida reported { was in the newspaper } about a week ago where
300 testing facilities reported { Confirmed ? } 100 % of all those tested
were positive.Which of course is an impossibility.The State of Florida
got to work and found those 300 or so facilities had a huge rounding
error.The real number was 9.4% Positive NOT 100%.
When that came out in the press it shocked a lot of people.The
MSM and CNN and MSNBC as of yesterday { last night } had 0 %
coverage of that Huge Mistake.Meaning the Press was doing like it
did with Operation Fast & Furious.They are suppressing it.

 

I have doubts on any count, I know what I see and that is no one seems to be wearing masks. I wear a mask if I have to go out.

The testing was done by some small labs and they were only reporting the positive cases, not the negative cases. Florida has more negative tested cases than positive and the count is still very high. We have as of today 327,241 positive and 2,552,527 tested negative. This is from the state site, not MSNBC or CNN.

Unfortunately state and/or fed don't have a handle on the numbers either. CDC doesn't have a handle either, so now reports go to H&HS to see if they have a clue.

IMHO, this pandemic is being produced and directed by MSM. Not the illness itself, but EVERYTHING else... especially the fear.

Looks like I maybe able to telework the rest of this year, so I'm not complaining. Just hope folks who aren't as lucky as me survive the times. There will never come a day when it will be safe to leave your home and rejoin society because life is full of perils that have nothing to do with COVID.

Mainstream Media in our Nation's History.
THe Dems want and crave a lockdown.That way they can also find a way
to limit people from wanting to vote in person on November 3rd.Pushing for
Mail-in ballots where fraud would be indisputable.No Conventions means
no rally cry for Trump and his base.No Presidential debates translates into
not seeing and feeling how feeble-minded Biden truly is.
We already see how Gaslighting can be applied.This Covid crap is a
version of Animal Farm.Weekly changing the rules and how to play.
Before long it will be Covid Good and 2 legs bad.As long as you stay Indoors
and never use the word Trump.

 

I go to Oklahoma to visit the largest ranch in Love county! (more ticks per square inch than any place I've ever been.. if it wan't the old homestead ,, I'd never go, I start getting twitchy just crossing the cattle guard into it!
