I always thought a good idea would be a 5 year minimum jail sentence for employers that hire illiegal aliens. No ifs ands or buts. Sent to a hard core prison where you have join a gang and get tattoos to possibly make it out alive. It would be funny to see someone like Pierre Delecto come out a changed man.

you cannot do economic development in Mexico until you deal with organized crime.
the cartels have proven that when money shows up in Mexico they will be there to steal it. Hunt them down and kill them. It's not just Drugs check out whats going on with Avocados , and look at what happened to Acapulco.

 

I don't know so much about Mexico but the other Central American countries have suffered horrendously from American interference and are beginning to suffer seriously from climate change.
