Ridiculous. They were in order of my search. You clearly have no interest in the truth. Anything you don't like is either written by someone you do not like or is supposedly written by someone of a different political position to you and to you anyone who has a different position cannot be telling the truth. By declaring all links which provide information you do not like, are not acceptable because you believe the author has a different political position to you, even when such links were given simply in order that they appeared in the search, you speak like someone indoctrinated into totalitarianism. You do not speak like someone belonging to a democracy and as such it is possible to debate with you - clearly you believe anyone who provides facts which you do not like should not exist. You represent a very dangerous ideology coming from the United States.

I'm in Costa Rica at this moment and they've done well here, as has Panama.

The problem is corruption in those countries north of here. The families in control look at them as their private businesses and sincerely feel that way, just as the mafia did in NY City.. No matter how many illegals enter the US the people will keep trying to leave until the corruption stops. How do we do that?

 

Yeah, I'd be very suspicious of this story. Smugglers don't usually take photos of their means of access and the Border Patrol would have it immediately repaired. Think the left has fallen for another propaganda story?

NBC doesn't usually have camera crews patrolling the southern border looking for any holes in the wall.

Are you not aware that the Trump administration is not allowing a single soul to seek asylum at the border stations? They're living in makeshift camps with no facilities, waiting sometimes for months.

The complete lack of empathy or compassion from Trumpsters disgusts me. Sorry, but it just does.

 

"America is not for them." What that actually says is "I got mine, and too bad for you."

These are families, with children. Very few are criminals, yet that's how Trump has you thinking of them. What a pathetic, narrow minded view he voices. But we all know that it's really about Trump's bigotry, and his ability to stir up fear, hatred, and anger among his supporters.

We are a big, strong country. We can handle the tiny bit of adversity that comes with immigration from our southern border. But Trump would have us believe that we are pathetic and weak and therefore must have these ridiculous barriers to protect us. That isn't my America.

 

Is the wall designed to stop smugglers?

 

It would take some resources other than just money. We could place conditions on the aid, like "spend it on this or it stops" but it would require personnel to administer specific programs, along with frequent audits.

 

THIS more than anything else.

The way to prevent them from coming here, is to help stabilize their own countries governments and economies.

 

Like we did in Vietnam and Afghanistan?

 

Cooperation, not wars.

 

Sounds like a job for The Peace Corps.

 

Pot is pretty much legal now. No need to kill anyone over a plant.
