And last I knew "political rivals" are not above the law. Even the Obama administration was concerned about Biden and Ukraine and Biden's son. The NYTimes reported on it. Hell, even Biden admitted that he withheld funds in order to get that guy fired. While his son worked on the board of Burisma with absolutely NO experience that would explain him being on that board making millions. None. That alone is suspicious.

Did Trump go about it wrong? Yes. I've said that before. But going about it wrong is not cause for impeachment.

In the end your whole argument that Trump did what he did for political gain is based on nothing but opinion and supposition. No proof. No facts. Just opinion. You need a hell of a lot more than that to null millions of voters votes.

And by the by, the whole thing about Biden withholding the money didn't actually come out until AFTER Biden joined the race. Hard for Trump to ask about it before Biden's announcement if he didn't know about it wouldn't you say?

 

No, its not. The HoR had a duty to issue a subpoena when their request was denied if they felt that his testimony was vital. They failed to do so. That is on them. No matter what excuse you or they give they had a duty to at least TRY. They didn't. They were in too much of a hurry to get it done for their "chrispeachment".

 

Back in Medieval times, if the people were going to storm the castle and take out the King, they better get him permanently. The Democrats failed miserably. Now, I can easily see Bill Barr and Durham going after the FISA warrant people and the Biden's vigorously. Fasten your seatbelts, the next four years of Trump will be a real bumpy ride. 31 Democrats in the House from districts Trump won in 2016 all voted to impeach, I think more than half will go Republican in 2020. Democrats also have to defend a seat in Michigan, which Trump won in 2016, as well as Minnesota and New Hampshire, where he came close.

He DID try to get the Ukrainian president to investigate Biden's position on the Board of a large Ukrainian company. And he withheld voted funding necessary to the Ukrainian army in order to obtain his ends.

Donald Dork did nothing whatsoever to reverse the recession that had been cause during yet another Replicant administration (Bush). The country pitched into the Great Recession by Replicant political negligence, which brought about seriously high unemployment.

It was Obama who attacked the problem upon election by passing a $850M ARRA-legislation that stopped dead the rise in unemployment. See that fact from the Bureau of Labor Statistics chart here: Employment to population Ratio

Notice also in that chart that employment stagnation set in to the economy from 2008 onward - having been lowered from 62.5 to 58.5 in the chart cited above. Why? Because there was no longer any government stimulus to put people back to work because it is was blocked by the HofR Replicants!

What happened next?

The Replicants controlled the HofR from which all funding bills must issue. They refused any further stimulus-spending by Obama from 2010 onward in order to keep unemployment high thus hoping he would lose reelection. But, it did not work out that way, did it!?!

Russia, collusion, obstruction, impeachment. fail after fail. Trump did not compete for the popular vote.

He is the perfect president as he is an accurate reflection of the average American regardless of party. Maybe one day, Americans will get sick of being robbed and stand with each other against abuse of power. That would require showing respect towards those with opposing views. Sadly, we deserve Trump.

Do YOU favor losing? While we see all this hogwash about a mostly partisan acquittal, the left doesn't want to mention that he was acquitted of charges brought in a totally partisan way, that failed to meet the legal definitions of crimes. They may as well have just said "We don't like him, so throw him out". That would have at least been honest.

Anybody can make an allegation of wrongdoing. And while recording that someone did that may last in the record- it certainly fails to qualify and anything more than a personal attack when it can't stand the test of legality. The place it will really endure in the history describing the horrendous fall in integrity that is gripping the democratic party today; with the fraudulent impeachment being see as the use of their congressional positions to somehow lift slander to a respectable act. The dems failed. Trump didn't have to win- there was no validity to the act of the democrats in the first place, and that alone is why they lost.

If you think his testimony was critical, then why did the house not even try to take it to court To get it? Why when his chief aid asked for clarification on his subpoena was the subpoena immediately withdrawn? If you actually stop and think about it and look at the larger picture you will reach a fairly easy and quite obvious solution. And it isn't the obvious bullshit the gave you about not having enough time which nasty Nancy gave the lie to when she sat on it for thirty days.

The obvious answer is that if it went to court they'd be compelled to reveal all the scummy crap with the coordination before the fact with the whistle blower, and their entire predicate for the faux investigation would have sunk like lead weight in a fish tank.
