Stealing an election is not the same thing as winning an election

I've been absent for a while from this forum because I've been absorbed by historical interests [just waiting for the Trump administration ...].

Now, please, hacked elections? Wow. Now that Russians know that it's that easy to hack the elections in a Western country ... we are all f*cked! Russians will enjoy hacking all Western elections ...

Let's be serious: there is a time when you have to accept to have lost.

 

Lost to criminal wrong doing, sure. But that doesn't constitute winning. Winning also does not include illegally purging 1.1 million registered voters off the voter rolls, as was discovered by Greg Palast. Winning does not include having only one polling station open in cities primarily composed of minorities with cities having Republican governors. Winning is not turning off security voter machines in cities with predominantly minority voters to make sure their vote is counted. Winning doesn't constitute Wisconsin telling the souls to the polls voters to fill out absentee ballots when those voters are not absent, making it easy to toss them in the fire bin. No, the Right didn't win and the country knows what I am saying is true. It was stolen, and it was proven.

 

The OP thinks it's Russia's fault that Hillary insulted millions of Americans and couldn't win the rural areas.

 

The OP thinks hacking e-mails is the same as hacking the election.


Assume the Russians did hack Hillary's e-mail and released the contents to Wikileaks:
This means the American voting public had more information available when making a reasoned decision regarding their vote.

In short: liberals are upset because the truth about Hillary, et al, got out and it cost them the election.

True, Clinton tried to steal the election from Sanders. Trump won the election fair and square.

We can go on if you'd like but we would rather you have paid attention all along, would be easier to conversate with you seriously

I lived in Lancaster, PA on election day. I'm one of those young (25) college educated white females that Clinton's people and the media said were in the bag for her. I and most, if not all, of my friends and my parents and their friends voted for Trump. Why? Because the fact that we were educated meant we could see how dangerous she was. She put herself before country time and time again. With her private server, with her selling favors in her charity foundation, with her constant insults of those Americans that, if she had won, she would have been their president too. I didn't appreciate her calling my father a deplorable.

Also, Clinton, Obama, his wife and a slew of celebrities campaigned in Philadelphia (which is made up of mostly African Americans) but they ignored us "in the bag white women" and those "deplorables" located between Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. Trump saw us, Clinton didn't. Trump spoke to us and yea, probably lied to us sometimes. But he didn't take us for granted and he didn't ignore us. He tried, really tried to win our vote and he did.

Trump is full of flaws and in most elections I wouldn't have voted for him. However he's a good man and he just might do a good job so we are taking a chance on him. We are certain Clinton would have made a bad president, absolutely certain of it.

The left needs to drop all the excuses and stick to the only one that matters. Clinton lost because Clinton was a terrible candidate who many Americans believed would make a terrible president.

 

And p.s.
The silly notion that our electors in PA should switch their votes because California really loves Clinton, is ridiculous. That fact that California over performed for Clinton does nothing to change the desires of the voters in Pennsylvania.

 

This is pure comedy, better than any sitcom.

He, Palast is also involved in uncovering fraud in the Dem primaries to beat sanders. Oops. The knife cuts both ways.

 

Not only did Donald Trump win the election handily. But the entire left wing, progressive, counter culture movement, lost it. And now they are losing their collective minds to boot.
