Gotcha. 'Tis why I was confused; not a thing I would expect you to say.
If your neighbour is a radical Muslim, possibly!
Chances are he’d be scared of me.
RUN!! RUN!! THEY'RE COMIN' TO GETCHA. THE RADICAL MUSLIMS ARE ON THEIR WAY
Sharpening their beheading knives, Murdering us all in our beds and;
Taking their place alongside the Yellow Peril, the Black Menace, the Dagoes and the old but scarce forgotten Papists
Aren't conservatives adorable?
Still didn't changed after a few days, and french medias tend to use words less violent than more, for instance instead of using the word "égorger" that specifically speak of cutting the throat of someone, they spoke of a "wound to the throat" (une blessure à la gorge) in the case of the french heroic rescuer Arnaud Beltram.
If the man wasn't beheaded, then it would have been corrected by the medias since the murder. Or maybe you have contacts in french service secrets and informations I don't have.
Ah yes mocking islamic threat on a thread about a man that was beheaded because he did his teacher job, absolutly apropriate.
Apparently the teacher had the Muslim students leave the room before showing the images:
No .. What's going on in Michigan ?
When I heard of this I thought what the **** - absolutely no way could anyone put any justification on this - total looney - which itself almost certainly is correct and a very young one. Then I heard that the teacher had told Muslim children they could avoid the class which some apparently found fine but I thought wtf you cannot teach something which you believe is going to be so offensive to some kids that you tell them they should miss class. However there seems to be more to this which I have only been able to find of Jihad Watch. If I have got this right Charlie Hebro was again reprinting the cartoons
So, if I have got this correct they had just recently released these new cartoons which this teacher had decided to show the class while telling Muslim kids and parents that their kids should not attend.
(The daily record and others are confirming that the recently re released these cartoons to coincide with the trial of those involved in the attack on them in 2015
Whether these cartoons were ever not blatant islamophobia remains highly questionable. By the way Charlie Hebdo had previously been offered Christian ones which it had refused to print saying they could be found objectional so the argument of all the other faiths accepting seeing their 'god' ****ing a camel and other things is highly questionable.
We don't have full information on what the teacher intended on doing so this is speculation, but speculation based on facts. Need I say no one deserves to have their head cut off for being a bit of an arse which this teacher possibly was. No one.... and it remains that the person who did this was a fanatical loon. However it looks like there was supreme provocation which only needed one fanatical loon. It just does not seem like we are being given all the information on this.
It is not supreme provocation to make cartoons of an imaginary friend, if people cannot cope with images of their god then they should find a society that does not allow it and live there. We have fought long and hard over centuries to be free of the intolerance shown by the religious and making excuses for ANY religion is wrong.
He was beheaded because some NUT wanted to behead somebody.
The reason why some nut does something is between that nut and the mental health community, these bs justifications are meaningless window dressing and actually a distraction from the truth. Taking from this the idea that all members of that religion are True Believers In A Murderous Sect Out to Kill Us All is, however, probably the main reason why these religions seem to so readily lend themselves to these types of murderous madmen.
As I said, as the Times reported at the time they were offered similar of Jesus/Christianity and turned them down because they knew they could be offensive. Some of these cartoons were so digusting and offensive anyway that if you were around in 2015 you would know that there was a very big question as to why they were published. France itself has a history of Islamophobia. Shortly before the terrorist acts on them in 2015 they were seen as being provoking. I cannot remember what it was. Possibly they reprinted them as well but I can remember before the attack people were thinking wtf are they doing. Arguably printing them again was a dare.
Now my point about supreme provocation was not just these being reprinted at the trial. Most Muslims would do as most Muslims did, ignore them. However for some reason the teacher decided that he must have a class on them and he decided that what he was going to do would be so inflamatory that he must ask a section of his class not to come in and warn their parents about what the class was going to be about. I have worked both in teaching and on anti racism. There was something very wrong here. The children who live in a country wherer Islamophbia is rife and has become much more so in recent years, are being told not to come to school because they are Muslim. It was up to the teacher and school if they wanted to go into material they believed would be so inflamatory, to work carefully on it so that it could be something which they could include all the children in. Schools have a responsibility to all their children. Clearly at best these Muslim children are going to feel excluded because of their religion....which then leads to them wondering about what they are going to be talking about behind their backs and they discover that will be pictures of their Prophet involved in indecent acts. I believe Hebdo will have released these cartoons again to inflame, to dare. That in itself to some people would have been inflamatory. To most Muslims they would just think 'oh here we go again'. However the teachers actions certainly suggest the children were being excluded from class because of their religion. Then you only need one, he doesn't even have to be religious as as far as I am aware any genuine Muslim would leave it to the God to deal with the situation, but one very angry adolescent who possibly had already experienced hateful prejudice could well think he would make a name for himself. I also worked as a counsellor.
Yeah, all those Christians, Jews, Hindi, and Buddhists chopping off heads.
Extremism is everywhere and all exactly identical, so I'm going to make ridiculous general statements in order to avoid having to identify extremist trends that exist with Muslims.
Yeah, let's pretend there isn't a trend historically since this group falls into a protected class.
@alexa They did far far worse on christianity than Islam, showing for instance Jesus sodomized. Shocking :
Christianity is attacked on a daily basis in France. Thousand of church are desecrated every years. A humorist sang on a public radio "Jesus is a F*****" and the radio apologized to homosexuals not christian.
Apostates are regulary murdered in muslim country for instance like in Bangladesh. Is it because muslims are persecuted in their own country ? No it's because Islam consider that apostate and blasphemers should be executed. If muslims support countless authoritis that sentence to dearh blasphemy, it's becayse they like that.
If blasphemy was a reason to kill, then a lot of so called humorist and christian would be murdered in France. And I don't pity that much christian : they have choosen to act as human carpet for people who scorn them.
And honnestly, I don't manage to feel sorry for many people who get killed. For instance teacher tend to support the (far) left. Do they deserved to get killed ? No. Nobody deserve that. Did they sharpen the knife that slit their throat. Yes.
French people will continue to vote for candidates that will bring back jihadist from Syria or politics that would ask Irak to not apply death penalty.
Those kind of attacks will repeat until France will fall like Lebanon, and again, I can be sad for what's happening, sorry I can't anymore.
You can say the same about Sweden.
National Lampoon was thinking about making a movie called "Seventy Two Virgins," but I think they lost their courage.
That's exactly the right response, at least for a society that values the ideal of free expression. They should be reprinted again and again until Muslim fanatics learn to accept that and live in peace.
Infidel Lives Matter.
Also not surprising:
"... as the authorities promised a tough response against the disseminators of hate messages, preachers of radicalised sermons and foreigners believed to pose a security threat ..."
what a novel concept
I'm not sure how good a fit it is between Islam and the French Enlightenment:
COMING TO A SCHOOL NEAR YOU IF BIDEN WINS!
People are quite moved by this case. I'm a little bit surprized to be honnest, there was dozen of terrorist attack that killed people, but it's true that the murder of this teacher was particulary barbaric.
Separate names with a comma.
