Texas Judge Strikes Down Obama’s Affordable Care Act as Unconstitutional

A State judge and the SCOTUS has already ruled on it.

Rand despised America. All her quotes and writings were about what she thought it should be, in her own imagination and twisted thinking. When those are compared to her interviews, some of which were recorded, her hatred of what America really is comes forth.

She saw some horrible things escaping from the evils of her time. Sadly, it twisted her thinking, broke her mind. That a small percentage of people today place her mental illness upon a pedestal, worshiping her as a cult figure, is a sad commentary on how weak minds can be easily deluded.

In any case, back to the original point of this topic, the Texas Judge was a carefully picked one. He often makes these sort of over the top, extreme over-reaching, legislating from the bench rulings. At least he was not so foolish as to issue a order to enforce his weak and partisan thinking. He is well aware he will be overturned, seeing as how the conservative led Supreme Court has already ruled contrary to his position.
