I do not know what you are trying to say here. Jesus was Mary's first born son, he was alos her only son. This proves nothing this is just a statement. If your mother only concieved you, you would still be her first born son, regardless if she has any children after you or not.

You don't seem like a rational individual at all……I can understand a little now why so many former Catholics turn atheist say some of the things they say about Christianity….thank God I know better. How can Jesus be Mary's first born and be her only born? Being first means that there are others that came after.

They would not say I was my mother's first born if I was her the only one. Without others that follow or would follow there would be no need to say first born. So if Jesus was Mary's only child they would not have used the Greek word prōtotokos which means first-born or first-begotten. The Greek word for only is monogenēs and it is used in John 1:18 (KJV)
18 No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.

Just pointing out another error that the Catholic Church teaches, but I don't expect you to be able to see the error because you have been indoctrinated to see only what they tell you to believe. But I hope that at least others will see what I have been pointing out.

 

Being first does not mean there is others born afterwards. If a woman was in hospital and gave birth, and a nurse asked "how many do you have", and she said "this is my first". this does not mean it will also not be her last.

Martin Luther and John Calvin both accept Mary remained a virgin, and they are 2 of the founding fathers of Protestantism. This is only a recent notion people decided to believe Mary did not remain a virgin.

You are the one who is indoctrinated with hatred of the Church, form which your own belief comes. The Church that is the mother of all Christianity. The Church Jesus promised He would be with unitl the end of ages. The Church that provided you with the Bible.

However you can be like all other Protestants and just take the bits and peices you like from the one true Church and set aside those that do not fit with your own personal theology.

Some Protestants believe Baptism is neccessary, some believe in the real presence in the Eucharist, some believe Mary remained a virgin, etc, etc. Every protestant church has bits of Catholicism in it, they just throw out the bits they don't like. I also notice that when I debate with Protestants who have very conflicting views to each other, they do not attack each other, instead they would focus their arguing against Catholicism. This to me is very unusal, I have debated with people who claimed baptism is unneccassary and a baptist being alongside them, never corrected the other Protestant even though this is one of the most fundamental principles of their faith. When I pointed this out to the baptist, the replied that they did not care so long as they were attacking my Catholic point of view. This to me was not someone seeking truth, but someone who had hatred for the Catholic Church.

 

Mary was married to Joseph remember? So the other children that Mary gave birth to were children of Joseph......Jesus was there half brother.

I challenge you to show me in the Bible where the term first born was applied to children that were their parents only born.
