Now what was it you were saying here that there was no way that the pats were not going to lose this game under Bellicheck?:-D

Greatest coach my a$$.:-D Without Tom Brady He is nothing. You are forgetting that till Brady came along,he was a zero and that Brady resurrected his career.Best coach of all time? Thats hysterical. He isnt even one of the best.Wait till Tom Brady retires and you'll see the REAL Bill Bellicheck exposed. They used to say the same thing about Mike Shannahan. That he was a genius as well when he had John Elway as his quarterback.Once Elway retired, his true colors were exposed.same will happen with Slick willie. oh and you are right about one thing,Tom Brady is right up there with Montana as the greatest quarterback of all time.again he resurrected Slick willies career.cant get around that one.lol.

Oh one more thing, how is that crow tasting about now?:-D

Tough as they come......LOL.....I have been paying attention to NFL Football since the early '60s. Your boy is a one dimentional prima donna sissy. Since Roethlisberger has been in the league Brady has won NO Superbowls and Ben has won two. Brady would be run out of Pittsburgh in a week because of his gutlessness. We like QBs with BALLS. Our team was decimated with injuries this year, otherwise we'd have come up there and beat your asses like we did earlier this year. Many of the great QBs in the history of the NFL have been from Pittsburgh....Unitas, Marino, Namath, Montana and Kelley to name a few. See ya next year...

BTW: I have always liked the Red Sox and the Celtics but since Belicek got nailed for cheating I have despised the Pats and their pretty boy QB....The cheating goes a lot further than what was reported...Spies, stealing playbooks etc...

    Cheers

Yeah pretty much my sentiments as well. I don't mind Brady so much but Belichick is a complete ass...he stormed off the field in the 2008 Super Bowl and refused to shake hands or congratulate the other team...he did the same thing when he was an assistant coach with Cleveland and he's a known cheater.

It's not so much my dislike for the Patriots it's for their coach...otherwise the Patriots a re a good organization but their coach is a disgrace to sportsmanship..why they tolerate him I don't know.

I agree about Belichek...I dislike his style.

    But he gets results.

5 Super Bowl appearances in the Free Agent era is awfully impressive.

I always secretly hope the Pats will lose, but it's only because of the coach...though I do grudgingly think he is extremely good at getting results.

Though, his defenses have sucked over the last few years - and defense is his forte.

Utter BS from a hater jealous because his team isn't what it once was and because the Patriots owned you for the first half of the decade.

PS Hines Ward STILL thinks the Steelers won Superbowl 36.

Brady is every bit a tough QB as anyone you mentioned, and he doesn't have to rape little girls in night club bathrooms while his body guards keep people away in order to feel tough...

Clearly, he's in your head if his greatness compells you to hold such a distorted view of reality.

I don't suppose you have any sort of evidence to back up your claims that the Patriots were spying on teams and stealing playbooks, etc.?

Seems the Steelers fans are beyond paranoid when it comes to the Patriots.

There isn't a coach or QB in the league I would take over Belicheck and Brady. My team has five conference championships and three Superbowl championships in the last ten yeats with Brady and Belicheck. Don't bother telling me that your team comes even close, because it doesn't, no matter who it is.

Haters keep hating because they know that the Patriots are the measuring stick.

Yeah but like i said, look who his quarterback was in those five superbowl appearances.Tom Terrific. I hate to admit this since I am such a huge fan of Joe Montana him being my favorite quarterback of all time and my idol and everything but Brady is right up there with him and Johnny Unitas as the greatest quarterback of all time.Without Brady,Belichek is a zero.Tom Brady resurrected his career. The day Brady retires the world will see what a zero Belechek really is.When John Elway was the Broncos quarterback, everybody was saying what a genius Mike Shanahan was.Once Elway retired, everybody saw his true colors that he wasnt that great a coach after all, that Elway made him look good.same thing will be exposed with Belechek. You just wait.

They've lost the last two super bowls they've been in.

    0 - 3 versus the Giants...

    Manning has their number...

The Giants are the better team...and better coached team.

As much hype as the AFC gets, it's proving to be just hype.

Rodgers is the best QB in the NFL, hands down.
    Breese is right behind him...

    3 Superbowl championships > 2 Superbowl championships

    3 Superbowl championships > 1 Superbowl championship

5 conference championships > anything any other QB playing today can even imagine...

The pendulum of power swings back and forth between the conferences. The AFC was definitely talent heavy for the first half of the last decade at least. I certainly wouldn't be crowing about a division that had a losing team in the playoffs a few years back...

January 27, 2002: AFC Championship game: New England Cheaters vs. Pittsburg Steelers @ Pittsburg; Final Outcome New England 24, Pittsburg 17.

Steelers' Ward: Pats had help in '02 title game

'They were calling our stuff out. They knew a lot of our calls,' receiver says
“Ward is certain the Patriots, while known for the thoroughness of their scouting under coach Bill Belichick, had some kind of unusual help before their 24-17 upset victory in Pittsburgh in the January 2002 AFC championship game. The Patriots went on to win the first of their three Super Bowls.
“Oh, they knew,” Ward said Wednesday. “They were calling our stuff out. They knew, especially that first championship game here at Heinz Field. They knew a lot of our calls. There’s no question some of their players were calling out some of our stuff.” “Steelers cornerback Deshea Townsend also felt suspicious, if only for one play he didn’t identify, during one of the AFC title games.”

Info on this stolen game via MSNBC - read more

I remember watching this game and afterward tipping my hat to Belicek. I thought that he just absolutely outcoached Bill Cowher in that game. I stated that it seemed like they knew exactly what play we were going to run before it was run....Then about a year or so later Belicek was caught red handed cheating....Hines Ward was right, we had a way better team and were cheated out of that game. Watch the tape sometime.

The Steelers got beat in that game because the Patriots defense was stacked with a bunch of savvy veteran players that had a lot of physical talent. The only evidence of cheating you provide amounts to sour grapes from the losers.

Bill Cowher got out coached and the Steelers got out played. The Patriots went on to win the superbowl by being more physical than the Rams. Otis Smith broke Isaac Bruce's ribs on the first play of the game to set the tone.

Offensive play calls aren't made by signals coming in from the sideline, and much of football strategy is based on anticipating what the other team is going to do based on the personell, the formation, and the situation. Teams don't come out and run all new plays every game. It comes down to discipline and execution, and the Patriots are one of the most disciplined teams in the NFL.

Crying about cheating is the tool of those that can't accept that their team was beat by a better team to create a distorted reality they can live with.

2001-2011, 5 Superbowl appearances, 3 championships, team of the decade.

Get used to it. They are still consistently one of the best teams in the league.

He won 2 superbowls as defensove coordinator with the Giants under Bill Parcells. His defensive game plan for their Superbowl against the Bills is enshrined in the hall of fame.

He also made the choice to draft Brady in the 6th round, and made the decision to replace Free Bledsoe in New England which was far from a popular decision at the time.

Since Roethlisberger entered the league here are the stats:

    Roethlisberger-

    3 AFC Conference Championships

    2 Super Bowl Victories

    Brady

    2 AFC Conference Championships

    0 Superbowl Victories

I'll keep my guy, thanks. We'll add it all up at the end of their careers....Since Brady's last SB win Eli Manning 2, Drew Brees 1, Aaron Rodgers 1, Ben Roethlisberger 2, Peyton Manning 1....It's been almost a decade....

When the going gets tough - its time to cheat!

During the opening weekend game between the New England Patriots and the New York Jets @ New York, NFL security officials confiscated a camera and videotape from Patriots video assistant Matt Estrella on the New England sidelines when it was suspected he was recording the Jets' defensive signals. Sources say the visual evidence confirmed the suspicion. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has determined that the New England Patriots violated league rules Sunday when they videotaped defensive signals by the New York Jets' coaches.

Shady Brady and Bill Belicheat Video

    Punishment:
Commissioner Roger Goodell fined Bill Belichick $500,000 -- the biggest fine ever for an NFL coach -- and the team $250,000. The Patriots also will have to forfeit either a first-round draft choice or second- and third-round picks.

    Reflections:
This is not the first time this has happened. According to a source within the NFL, the Green Bay Packers last year kicked out the same Patriots representative being investigated by the league for the Jets incident. the Jets were also said to have reported kicking out the same assistant just one year earlier, but didn't look at the videotape. See History of Cheating for much more.

You truly are remarkably misinformed. Brady is tough. Offhand, he has played with...
Sprained ankle (several times, including the previous Super Bowl)
    Separated shoulder
    Back problems
    Broken finger
    Sprained knee
Cracked ribs (worse than everything else combined, from personal experience)

At this point, I might take Drew Brees or Aaron Rogers...not because they are better QB's, but simply because they are much younger. Good as Brady is, I don't see him playing more than three more seasons. (He'll be 35 this year.)

Your link to a site specifically created to hate the Patriots is proof of just how good the Patriots are. You don't see anywhere near the number of hater/sore loser sites for any other team in sports besides the Yankees.

You can keep your little girl raping neanderthal QB. I'll keep the best QB in the league.

I dont disagree with your logic. I actually said the same thing regarding Rodgers earlier in this thread. Give Brady Rodgers' receiving corps, though...

Brady has said he wants to play until 40. I see no reason to expect anything less than 3 more high level seasons.

I do not question his talent, work ethic, or toughness...but to play until age 40, I have to question whether he will actually be capable of doing so, physically.

That was while serving under Parcells whom in my opinion, is right up there with Vince Lombardi as the greatest coach ever.Sure he is a good defensive coordinater but he sucks as a head coach.he couldnt do diddly squat with the patriots his first year with them when Bledsoe was the staring quarterback. and he wasnt that bright a cookie waiting till the SIXTH round to draft him.lol. HE didnt even think he was that good a quarterback obviously keeping Brady on the sideline not even inserting him into the lineup to he was FORCED to when Bledsoe got hurt and had got knocked out for several games.Heck even i could see when Brady got in there and started winning games for them like Brady was how he was turning that organization around.what a idiot would listen to the fans back then the way he was winning games for them? lol.Hardly took a genius to figure that out.Face it,slick willie is a big ZERO without Tom Terrific.

Definetely the better coached team no doubts whatsoever about that. This year the Giants were the better team, they faced mush tougher competition. The only team the past beat this year that had a winning record was the ravens and the ravesn hardly have a dangerous offense.Joe Flacco at quarterback? what a joke. Yeah I would take Rodgers over brady simply because he is a lot younger and has better mobility.I would take breese as well.He also is younger.I would never take Peyton Manning over Brady though.Peyton chokes in the big game.
