You may want to re read the post as to who is killing whom. It clearly states, and it's verifiably true, that Muslims are killing Christians, as well as members of many other religions.
Whatever are you talking about? I sent you a link describing what has been going on for the past several decades and you still don't know the history? This sort of deliberate ignorance, fear of offending your own beliefs, has become a plague in today's world.
Again, if you were to actually read what's going on in the world it goes far beyond 'the west' and light years ahead of "sentiment". They are murdering innocent people around the world. Do you genuinely not know that?

Islamic terrorism is international, and not exclusive to the US. Stop making excuses for terrorists. But you'll never get it if you think Islam is a race.

Apparently you weren't around when the Palestinians elected terrorists to run their "country".

Even though Muslims are on the Knesset? Go figure. How many Jews are members of Muslim governments?

Erdogan is simply a verbreecher and bloody dictator. This coup attempt against him last year has more and more a bland taste of whether he has not invented it himself, or at least allowed the knowledge so far, so that he can achieve exactly what he has achieved now: the total and unrestricted power of a total dictator!

Independent press and media in Turkey? There is no longer!
Independent justice in Turkey? There is no longer!
Independent agencies, police, education such as schools and universities in Turkey? There is no longer?
Significant political opposition in Turkey? There is no longer!

Any form of significant resistance or even criticism against him and / or his party AKP is directly strangled and the persons are arrested as alleged terrorists!
120,000 state servants and civil servants have been dismissed, simply because they are not followers of him! Hello? Is that democracy? Certainly not!
And then this giddy of Gulen movement as a reason ... really now!

For me, Turkey belongs to NATO, and since it is now officially engaged with my country, it is now also heavily consequences and when merkel really pissed off ... we wait for the upcoming election in Germany ... then get the Dictator so one enters the *** that he will think about it decades when the Nazi Sultan in Ankara puts it on it!

The bad, the worse, and the worst, all 3 are from the North American plains...
We don't have executive orders around here to issue them to say; "hey you can't chant like that in that gathering" to the people who are using their "right to demonstrate" a TERRORIST STATE like ISRAEL, just because some fcktards from North American plains wish so...

    Sorry :(

Yes, when people don't even know meaning of the term they use, I first feel bad for them, but then snap out of it and realize I shouldn't be because they tend to take it for granted and become much stupider, thinking there's always somebody out there to educate them every time no matter how big of a mess they make.

I heard those neurons can't function well due to the "sponge effect". It happens when the brain becomes a mere piece of sponge after years of smoking weed. Since once a sponge always a sponge, unfortunately it's no use other than cleaning kitchen surfaces.

So I wouldn't expect too much if I were you...

Let me know if you're around, I buy you a drink too, because you know hospitality is our middle name...

Hmmm. The main purpose of Judaism is to sell daughters to the rapists for 50 shekels and then to crucify sick bastards who claim they are prophets. I have no sympathy for Judeo-Christians.

He was not... Apparently... But what's worse than that is you actually "were" around when your fellow citizens, and "you" along with them, elected terrorists to run your own "country". Lol...

I'm shocked that practitioners of that "religion of peace" would rally
against Israel. I wonder what their motive is? (tic)

And a good thing too. Criticising Islam is no different than criticising Fascism, Communism, Racism, Nazism, and so on.

In fact there is not enough criticism of Islam going on despite no one with freedom of expression yet having anything positive to say about it. It consists of beliefs, and some of them too ignorant and destructive for members of any civilised society to take seriously. You can take their physical threats seriously, but not their religion.

And keep in mind that these Islamic leaders can say whatever they want. We cannot take their words seriously. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taqiya

    Your opinion please.
How do you believe Ataturk, who came from the most European side of Turkey, not Anatolia
How do you believe Ataturk would view Erdogan's policies today?

This does not involve Israel, okay.
Just how do you believe Ataturk would view Erdogan's internal policies.

    Thank you.

Lord and PF Members forgive me if I am Troll feeding.
    Hoping for a sincere answer.

Ataturk was smart enough to know better than ignoring the 60% of the total population who are heavily conservative and are the only ones having the strongest willingness to fight against outside threats directed at this nation and to the state. It was proven tons of many times on the streets and on the battlefields.

Thats how he managed to built this nation upon the most bigot population of the region. Dumb fcks don't know Ataturk, don't know the methods and tactics he developed to win against thr enemies of the state. Atatürk was much smarter than many world leaders. Go make some readings before bringing up him in your nonsense weak "what-if"s...

Don't worry I'll do the math for you because we Texans help each other especially when we are having hard times with numbers unless counting our cows. So, how many times did they get raped by the muchachos there?

No, members of the Islamic faith are comprised of many races but you still haven't answered my initial question:
"If all Muslims want to kill Christians, how was I (an obvious American Christian) able to spend 10 - 11 wandering through the Islamic Mid East and experience only kindness, generosity & hospitality at the hands of my Islamic hosts?"

I hope my knowledge of Ataturk is adequately demonstrated below per your last lines.
I am working on memory. I did study Turkey and the conversion from the Ottoman Empire at one time. And I do support more Turkic cooperation along the Silk Highway to the 'stans.

I know Ataturk was no sweetheart to those who opposed him.
Doesn't that include many senior and conservative clerics of his day?
And he was certainly kinder to the Turkish Jewish population than many in his time.

As I remember, and I may be wrong - Ataturk converted Turkey to the Latin Alphabet.
He also forbade women from wearing a hijab and had girls educated along with boys.
Correct me if I am wrong but, a vast majority of the Turkish people opposed the above reforms.
Or was the majority of the population really in favor of these reforms.

The question remains, what would Ataturk think of Erdogan's internal policies.

Thank you for your previous reply above.
Except for the put down at the end. Try educate instead.

Changing alphabets. Oh my! I am one of those :flagus: who fears forced conversion to metric.
Metric is great for Science, but for life - The Lord's Units work better.
I mean how many rolls in a metric dozen? How about a metric baker's dozen?
And knowing the astronomical number of liters of gasoline my Ford Expedition requires sounds scary. 30 gallons is okay. Over 100 liters not okay. :)

I omitted Christians because it is Muslims targeting and murdering Christians, as well as other religions. Christians are not targeting Muslims or anyone else.

But if you feel the need to criticise Christianity then go for it - although it seems clear enough that Muslims are identified with third world poverty in all its backward aspects, while Christianity inspired the far higher standards of the first world - with its broad based education systems and greater human rights and freedoms..
