She is also apparently a one term wonder. As I understand it she won in a Black voting district because there were something like four Black candidates to split the votes and thus she won by the votes of the Islamic-Americans. My understanding is that for her re-election bid there will probably be only one Black running and that will be that for Tlaib. Supposedly she's no longer popular even among the Muslims in her district. Ouch!

So Nadler is stepping WAY out of line deciding the House will begin an impeachment under his order and committee alone. He needs to back off until the HOUSE says let's move forward.

 

He had the authority and duty had the evidence indicated a crime to recommend prosecution to the AG including a write up of the indict he would seek and then prosecute once the President was out of office by whatever means.
