Storms gonna hit, dude... Closing your eyes and asking "When will it end?" certainly isn't going to do any good...

That is a long-time LW fiction, that most Americans are LW. More are conservative, it's been that way for decades.

The storm is gonna hit...but who on Earth wishes there be more damage in certain areas of the country because of it? That's just sick.....and it's certainly not going to do any good at all....

As an Evangelical Christian, any state or church that supports the racist standard of this administration has totally distanced themselves from me.

If you want to vote for clowns like tRump and a hurricane is coming to damage you, as far as I'm concerned if Puerto Rico doesn't get our help, neither should my tax dollars help you. You made the decision to live in areas that vote Republican, get more in federal spending than they fund the government in taxes, have periodic national disasters and expect America to come to your aid when you need it. How many times does nature have to destroy what you build until you can figure out you are building things on the wrong land?

If you want to be that heartless to others in your right-wing fanatic ways, then you need to reap what you sow. I'm tired of hearing the right-wing complain about things, when the data clearly shows the right-wing states are the moochers in this country. You've had hundreds of years to figure out how to advance your states. As far as I'm concerned, you are on your own and I'll do whatever I can to oppose any aid going to your red hypocritical states.

Wow, what hate on display. Here in Florida we neighbors help ourselves. All you can do is rant on the internet as a fake 'christian'.

Just screw the fellow leftist in Fl, huh?

The leftists in Florida can move too. Those southern coastal states and states getting massive river floods can have their people live and learn for a change.

You can call it hate if you want and brag about how much you help each other, but houses don't get damaged by hurricanes where I live. It's time for you to pay your own way and stop begging us to help you. Why should we pay for houses to be rebuilt and destroyed over and over? It's your problem, not mine. You elect clowns like tRump and I have to hear people complain about the Church taking a position to support his nonsense?

Let's see how far you get on your own, no farm subsidies to patch up a draconian trade policy and no disaster aid. If you can't respect US territory outside your own state and personal interest, why should we respect you? You made the choice to live there, not me.

    Wow this is hilarious.

    Two choices

I could ask somebody after a post like this to tell me where they live so I could make a list of all the people in that state that depend on the government in one way or another.

    Or

I can just write it off as a hateful fake Christian that drank too much holy wine today and is now bitter and angry because they're a bad drunk.

I'm going with number two, #1 is a waste of time.

Funny how the mayor had nice, new, freshly printed t-shirts and hats every day while standing in front of pallets of supplies complaining they were going to die.

I really don't give a damn what you think.

I've been reviewing information from the Tax Foundation for years and posting it on political sites. I'm tired of dealing with a bunch of selfish moochers, who bitch constantly when anything they don't like getting a federal dollar. You want to call yourself or neighbors Evangelical Christians and support the things tRump has done, then it's what goes around/comes around time for you. There aren't White Evangelicals where I live who support your ways, so fend for yourself.

I liked his "draconian trade policy" comment in regards to the trade war with China.

    Very amusing.

Does the federal government make your state accept food subsidies?

As far as I'm concerned, let the people in your state never receive a dime from the federal government for anything and all the military bases there can move out. Let's see how much you support defense spending when it's spent in other states.

The Red states are a bunch of moochers and that point has been on political forums for years. Your states aren't fit for immigration, so move those people out of your state, if it's a border state to states who will welcome them.

We don't want to live our lives being as heartless to others as you are.

As Ann Coulter said the other day. Liberals are trying to suppress support for Trump with threats of continued hysteria.

Who gives a damn what you do?

You like playing games with people's lives, then deal with it when it's your lives. There are almost never a tornado, hurricane or flood where I live. The land is much more expensive here and I recall a very nice development where my first cousin lived for years, being abandoned after two floods caused damage there. We know how to learn and your state can figure it out, too.
Try reading a report for a change. The Red states have been moochers longer than records have existed to prove it.

That's great wisdom coming from "Bridge to Nowhere", "Any Cheerleader can do it" Ann Coulter. If I ever need to find out the best place to do it under the bleachers, I'll check with her.

The majority of the county is red, makes sense. Then of course the majority of the payers are red too...which makes sense

We’re all set and ready to go in S FL. Gassed up. Extra 15 gallons in the garage. 2 propane tanks. Lookin like it’s headed for Palm Beach or Vero last I checked, although any predictions are a joke at this point....as always.

I don't know what the hell you are talking about.

The majority of our country isn't red and red is on it's way out.

If you want to sell your soul as an American to get judges, it's time for your type to suffer the consequences. Right-wingers are only patriots in their own minds and have shamed my country.

    The entire rant was :angered:

It was also grossly inaccurate. Florida is a swing state for one thing; not a "red" state. It pays more than it takes (unlike the leftist utopia of California for example.) It constantly ranks in the top 1/2 or top 1/3 of virtually all of the myriad of various rankings of the states. And other states have natural disasters too ---- blizzards, wild fires, tornadoes, and hurricanes (yeah, hurricanes don't only hit Florida. The four most expensive storms in the last decade were Harvey (mostly impacted Texas and Louisiana), Maria (mostly impacted Puerto Rico), Sandy (cough, cough, New Jersey), and Irma (ok, that one hit Florida hard.))

We ("we" meaning taxpayers) paid for California's wildfires, we paid for Puerto Rico's Hurricane Maria, and we pay for whatever other natural disasters happen, wherever they happen, and if Florida needs federal money following Hurricane Dorian then we'll get it whether "Gary" likes it or not.

Now @gary if you want to make your rant more factually interesting, maybe you could dig up some demographics on "who" in Florida receives the most FEMA etc aid after a hurricane. I'm thinking you won't like what you find.... You see, those of us with nicer homes have insurance. Even if the hurricane destroys both of my homes I won't be standing around with my hand out to FEMA, I'll be calling my insurance agent. God knows I pay enough in insurance premiums for the privilege of living in this great state.

Isn't it funny how the haters here think Florida is populated 100% by Republicans. First it was Egoboy wanting the hurricane to hit Mar-a-Lago (the rest of the residents of Palm Beach be damned) and now it's Gary wanting the whole state to take a beating  while at the same time trying to pretend to be a Christian :roflol:
