are under investigation for keeping Secret Documents in their closet ... in the real world, he would have had EVERY one of his properties raided, his cars and planes searched and his bank accounts put under a microscope. The FBI treated him with Kid Gloves compared to what
would have happened to the vast majority of people being investigated for taking Secret documents home.

documents in their basement. The search warrant wouldn't have been limited. The FBI wouldn't have shown up when you were out of the house.

The FBI does not list the passport that they stole on the receipt of items they took.

Where's the court order to take the passport?

 

The affidavit contains the information justifying the issuance of the search warrant. Telling people to just trust the ones known to doctor warrant affidavits doesn't pass muster.

 

The "average Joe" doesn't have the authority to declassify.

Except it doesn't say that in the warrants. Does the FBI consider him a flight risk? Do they have an affidavit prepared? Seriously, Garland, what's your next move? You don't go after a public figure like a former POTUS without having all of your dots and t's crossed, or does he? We need to see the DOJ's next steps and to find out more from that.
