There are plenty of good reasons not to attack a country. Perhaps we could to back and forth in a mindless circle of idiocy making nothing statements back and forth.

No. I prefer short victorious wars. The Six Day War. The Falklands Conflict. Desert Storm.

Well, yes they are. As monolithic as liberty, individual rights, truth and justice. The fundamental principle that unites them all is: to function, the human mind must be free. Which is the first principle that socialists, and tribalists, and collectivists, forget, quickly.

Maybe because the US enlarge their nuclear arsenal ... and they are the only one with full atomic ballistic missile stand by alert situation on this planet ... even Russia is not on such a high stage!

    What makes you think
I was not talking about offensive preparedness.

If somebody upgrades ... I emphasize upgrades, so increase the number of weapons .... and there is not such an upgrade on the other side, what does that say?

One side is better prepared than another.

Prepared for what ... this is the core question! For attack or for defense / counter strike?

    Hopefully ...
However, I hope you realize that this can trigger an arms race again ... that's exactly the evil nonsense of the Cold War, where it was important that you can destroy the planet Earth 11 times and the opponent only 9 times.
Do you want to have that again? I do not want it....

What makes you think the Russians don't maintain their ICBMs on stand by alert? And by any measure the Russians have more nuclear weapons than the U.S.

All the nuclear weapons ever built on Earth in total if detonated all at once could not destroy the Earth. Not even close.

    Correct

Not even an asteroid large enough to wipe out the dinosaurs could destroy the earth

Note, when I said "destroy the Earth" I was actually talking about "destroy all of humanity".

There's a bigger asteroid out there on a collision course.

Reports of your own CIA that they are not?

Some sources confirm that Russia has more, others tell that US and Russia has same number. But because we are always talking about NATO and or versus Russia ... you have to count these about 300 French and about 200 British too. Then NATO has more... and why NATO? Because you store here in my country warheads which should by NATO contract being armed on Panavia Tornados (in future replaced by F-18 Super Hornets as it looks like we will buy in moment) of our Luftwaffe and so dropped by them in war.

Ehm ... it's not about a big bang and then the planet earth is just a debris field in space ....

The point is that no more life is possible after the radioactive contamination ...

The blasts will not destroy mankind or the fallout?
MAAD implies that the only humans that will live will be those inside the bunkers. So yeah, humanity will live on.
Is this what are you referring?

You will die, same as me, because all commercial nuclear bunkers spots all are sold out and come with the cost of millions. All bunkers which are currently being build are sold in advance. Wierd that is such a demand, if MAAD is not plausible.
You need to post more details, your statement alone amounts to trolling.

There's a bigger flood than 1927 or 2019 out there, there's a bigger hurricane than Katrina out there, and there's a bigger asteroid than the one that wiped out the dinosaurs on a collision course. All in good time.

Probably not. Nobody except for China believes they can afford to engage in an arms race with the U.S.

C'mon. These are all just platitudes with no meaning in the real world. What does "the human mind must be free" even mean. Sounds like a lyric from the Grateful Dead.

Face it. You are unwilling to examine or study the excesses and contradictions of unfettered capitalism or to countenance ideas that may provide solutions.

So all you have left are banal empty platitudes that sound stirring and comforting when uttered uncritically without reference to your own bloody history or the implied fascist imperialism behind the words.
