Suggest some condition which doesn't exist, ie, that I somehow belong to a 'you and yours' group and that I have expressed any opinion at all about Trump's new wrassling career never mind having taken it personally.

    Cult 101.

It's the Golden Age for America.

Oops, misspelling...the Gilded Age, where the plutocrats ream supporters and detractors alike.

Trump won because The People are sick of politicians.

Trumps tweets just endear his voters to him more by reinforcing that Trump is not a politician.

He gets a pass because he's always been this way, even 30 years ago. If Hillary did it then it would be abnormal, for him it's normal. (Unfortunately)

No denial.....in the deep recesses, people will say anything. I refer to what Democrat Senators, Congress and Media are saying (as well as high profile Hollywood types)

The heat you are complaining about comes from the kitchen. You (in the general sense) have been quite keen on denouncing the former President at every single step he took when he was the cook. If you, or Trump, can' take it, both might regret they won.

I won't deny that there are some good things, but they are happening worldwide, such as the economy improving. For the rest, if you set fire to your house you shall be warmed for a moment, too. Exemple: Reaganomics.

Yeak - too bad's NATO's dying. Trump put a wedge into it, and Putin, a man that capable of foresight and subtility, will gain from it. Trump is alienating itself from his western allies - not a thing to be proud of, unless you are some kind of hillbilly. Besides, only Canada, an enemy-less nation, have stepped up its military spendings - a good thing too, because if the EU does likewise, they won't need you anymore. History calls these sort of events "a decline".

Yeah - let me express my doubts on it. IMO, the US is in some kind of "chaos circle", along with Israel and the Sauds, that aims for the fall of Assad, Iran, Hizbollah and about everything that's secular in the levant, and that will use ISIL to do it.

As a result, there are no ISIL acts committed in the "chaos circle" countries. Funny thought huh?

The People were sick of politicians just like children are sick of adults.

Fact: People are politically ignorant - or just don't care, which is worse. What was the turnout rate last elections? Whatever won, democracy lost.

Do you deny that the 1%ers have taken over? Carl Icahn was appointed as a special non-cabinet advisor. As such, he can dictate policy, but still invest as he pleases. Here's a link:

These guys are laughing at the voters, all the way to the bank.

I'm not talking about campaign donations. I'm talking about an entire multi-billion dollar effort by Oligarchs to totally revamp attitudes in America, by organizations such as Judicial Watch, who filed over 300 lawsuits against Obama. That's about 1 every 8 days! Then it was Hillary, Susan Rice, and now Elizabeth Warren. They have over 50 full-time lawyers and investigators on staff (And this is just one organization of many). FOX picks up every JW story - the intent - to anger Americans...

Actually, they called Obama a secret Muslim, supporter of terrorism, founder of ISIL, not a legitimate president because he was born in Kenya and not in the US, as well as communist, socialist, nazi, and dictator.

That video was made years ago, and the only difference is that somebody (not trump) put a cnn logo on the guy Trump is manhandling. He retweeted it because it is amusing, and it's nothing to get worked up about.

If things like that are all you have to complain about, then you have nothing to complain about. First world problem nonsense.

It's not all I have to complain about, and I wasn't even complaining.

It, after many similar episodes, just prompted me to ask how Trump supporters felt about his ongoing behavior, and in general, wondered if they had a change of heart electing someone like him.

Apparently here, the great majority are still proud of the President no matter what he does or says.

As I wrote earlier, that video has been around for a long time, so it's not "ongoing behavior". If he did it again as POTUS, that would be totally cool. He could have his secret service detail get into the ring and have some fun.

You seem to be of the opinion that his behavior is something to be embarrassed about. If so, well... welcome to yesteryear when I was embarrassed that Obama was president.

I do wish he'd get rid of that garish red tie.

His tweets are ongoing, and as I said, the wrestling one just tipped me into asking here.

Well, as I pointed out, many elected Republicans seem to be of the opinion. They seem to be embarrassed and were so from the start.

But apparently, if this forum is any indication, his supporters are not.

As I tried to outline, it's a part of his over the top clownish behavior that he has demonstrated throughout his short time as President and his campaign and before. Not just clownish, but what would generally be considered offensive ("grab them by the p*ssy") that I would think that conservatives and Republicans in general would find unacceptable. And many did...and still do...many top Republicans found him "unhinged" and unfit and unqualified and embarrassing...turning the whole thing into a reality TV show. A great and obvious lack of dignity.

Do I really have to explain it?

What I have found when talking politics with the left is that they're really big on the big picture stuff, but the details are sadly lacking. This post is a perfect example of the big picture.

"over the top clownish behavior that he has demonstrated through his short time as President".

The small little detail that this video was taken years ago doesn't even matter to you. You roll right through that small detail and act as if this video was taken yesterday, then complaining about how it's clownish. Again, clownish is a big picture thing. Is it clownish? Yeah, of course! It was a professional wrestling thing that Trump probably had a great time doing.

Wouldn't you like to do something like that? But for some reason, you find it "clownish". So frickin' what? You've never watched Randy 'Macho Man' Savage and Hulk Hogan square off before? Is this the first time you've ever seen a professional wrestling stunt. and you had no idea that it's not a serious sport?

You also mention the 'grab 'em by the veejay' line that was supposed to be between two guys, and not intended for general consumption. This was turned into some kind of huge deal as if he just walks around grabbing chicks by their thingies as just something he does on a daily basis.

That is also an attempt to strip the details away, leaving a big picture that is a complete strawman. He was talking specifically about hollywood groupies. You might not realize this, but groupies are chicks who understand that the only thing they have going for them is the ability to provide sex. In exchange, they get to have sex with famous people. Mick Jagger has been through a million groupies over the years, yet was knighted by the Queen of England! You don't think he hasn't grabbed a few female genitals over the years?

You're not complaining about Mick Jagger, right? Not incensed that a man could possibly stoop to such a low level that he would take advantage of his fame in order to have sex with a very willing female.

So yes, you really do have to explain because if taken at face value, it's like you're living in the victorian era and in desperate need of a fainting couch and smelling salts after seeing a girl showing her knees in public.

I voted for Rubio in the primary, but eventually threw my support behind Kasich, and really hoped somehow he would end up as the nominee. The Republicans would have had so much done by now. Unlike Trump, Kasich is a leader. I'm not proud of what Trump is doing, and I'm unclear how anyone believed a lifelong Democratic reality TV star was going to bring back dignity to this country. Many Republicans, including me, opposed him because we were smart enough to know he himself had no dignity.

The Trump devotees seem proud that Trump has reduced the Oval Office to a high school gymnasium.
