Jesus Christ i can only spoon feed you so much information. Part of the harassment from the NY prosecutor was the claim that he was using to fundraiser to promote his campaign.

Why can't you just admit you are wrong when I've proven every point you made to be false?

Except you haven't pointed out a single thing I've said that was wrong. Not one. I've explicitly shown Trump's "charity" admitting to the very conduct that I've accused them of. They. ****ing. Admitted. It. Do I have to cut you a check to get you to acknowledge the truth about that?

You literally circled quotes that disprove your previous claims. You claimed Trump was the one giving this foundation money . . . then you circle quotes showing that he was no longer giving them money . . . despite the fact that he was taking money out of the charity for his legal costs . . . which is exactly what I told you. The only difference here is that I've actually read the article and you have quoted an article that disproves your argument.

You said: "First of all I want to point out this, in the article that you posted from the New York Times it points out that Trump himself was the sole contributor to his foundation until 2009. That means it was HIS F'ING MONEY!. WHY WOULD HE STEAL HIS OWN MONEY?!" Two things 1) It isn't his money when he gives it to the foundation. It stops being his money then. The money no longer belongs to him. 2) He hadn't paid into the foundation since 2009. The money he was spending wasn't even from his own donations. This is something I've pointed out repeatedly.

Well i just proved everything you said was untrue and now your retort is that they admitted to it even though I just spent the past hour proving with articles from the NEW YORK TIMES, POLITIFACT, THE PALM BEACH DAILY NEWS and ACTUAL F'ING VIDEOS THAT YOUR ACCUSATIONS ARE UNTRUE!

This, once again, is false. I've gone into detail about you false claims regarding this article. Please read. Please read the actual article. Please learn how charities actually work.

@PatriotNews A charity isn't your personal piggy bank, even if you were the one who donated to it. If Bill Gates gives money to the Gates Foundation, then that money is no longer his personal money. That money belongs to the foundation. It can only be used for charitable purposes. I'm perplexed the I have to explain this to an adult. Treating a charity as your personal piggy bank is illegal. It is why Trump's fake "charity" was closed down.

Look at the dates. The accusatuons about the legal fees goes back to 2007. He was the sole giver to his charity before 2009, MAKING IT HIS OWN MONEY!

That is not how charities work. That is not how charities have ever worked. The money you give to your charitable foundation is NOT YOUR MONEY ANYMORE. It never has been. For any charity. Ever. Treating it as if it were is illegal self-dealing and it is tax evasion. It is illegal to treat a charitable foundation, even one that you set up, even one bearing your name, as your personal piggy bank. Again I ask: how is it possible that an adult in the US doesn't know this already? If this is how the law actually worked, then everyone would just declare themselves a charity, avoid paying ALL TAXES and continue using the money on themselves. Please, please at least try spending 10 minutes or so learning how charities work. Is that too much to ask?

Once again I must ask if self dealing is a crime, why would it be on an IRS form? Why not ask how much did you embezzle? Why not ask if you murdered someone? That would be so easy to solve crimes in the future!

Please actually read. For real this time. He took money from the foundation for personal use. His claim that all of his "foundations money went to 'wonderful charities'" is a proven lie. He had to ACTUALLY spend the money on charities that he had spent on his personal interests as part of the settlement. He had to dissolve the fake "charity." He had to turn over the funds to real charities. His board had to agree to no longer be allowed to run charities in New York. I don't know how to make this any simpler for you. Please just read.

I'm not saying that it was his money after he gave it to the charity.

I'M SAYING IT WAS HIS MONEY IN THE CHARITY! WHY WOULD HE NEED TO STEAL MONEY THAT WAS HIS MONEY THAT HE PUT INTO THE CHARITY?!

WHY DON'T YOU STOP MAKING FALSE ALLEGATIONS AFTER YOU'VE BEEN PROVEN WRONG?

That's exactly what you said. You said that the money he gave to his foundation was still his money.

Because that's no longer his money . . . last sentence you realized it was no longer his money after he gave it to the charity. Now you express confusion, saying it is his money even though he gave it to the charity. Which is it? Please make up your mind. Legally, no, that's not his money anymore. Once he gives it to the foundation, it isn't his anymore. And he continued using money from the foundation for PERSONAL USE even after he was no longer donating.

Every accusation I've made has been proven. Please read.

Errr because in “giving” it to the charity he could claim a tax deduction and then take the money back out again for his own interests

But it was proven in court that he was essentially stealing money from his own foundation

This is why talking to you is a waste of time. I proved my point with articles from Politifact, the New York Times, The Palm beach Daily News, actual irrefutable YouTube videos. I proved what you are saying is not only wrong but a provable falsehood.

Now prove what you are saying is true if it is true.

All you've proven is that you haven't actually read your own sources. I've provided sources and shown how you you've misrepresented yours. You are still contradicting yourself and refusing to acknowledge the proven, admitted self-dealing. Please look up self-dealing if you are confused by the concept. I can provide resources if you want.

Trump took charity money and used it for personal use. This is illegal. This is, as both of our sources have shown, why he shut down, why he had to pay over 2 million dollars, why he had to dissolve the "charity" and send the money to real charities, and why the board is forbidden from running a charity in the future. Where am I losing you?

The truth is the money was given to other charities which is what Trump intended to do all along as I proved with the earlier citation from the NEW YORK TIMES. The assertion that the misused funds also debunked by the POLITIFACT article I posted earlier. Y'all keep circling back to the same FAKE AS F ALLEGATIONS!

    Screenshot_20200915-155908.jpg
Look at all the great causes he gave money to, United Negro College Fund, United Way, Holocaust Museum!

Okay, explain to me what self dealing? According to your own article, his tax forms check a box about self-serving with regard to the painting. This is an acknowledgement that he has had personal dealings with the charity. It is not a confession of a crime. They don't have "check this box if you committed this crime" boxes on tax forms. He is simply stating that he commissioned a painting, paid for it, and then sold it to his charity.

THAT IS ALL PERFECTLY LEGAL AND ACCEPTABLE!

YES! I WANT! WHERE IS "SELF DEALING" IN THE F'ING CRIMINAL STATUTE!?
No! Wrong! It's not illegal. Quite the contrary, it was agreed to as part of a settlement. You know, THE ONE I POSTED FOR YOU TO READ FROM THE PALM BEACH DAILY NEWS!
Okay. He was forced to shut it down. I will admit that. But as I did prove according to the NEW YOR F'ING TIMES ARTICLE, HE WANTED TO CLOSE IT BUT THE PROSECUTOR STOPPED HIM FROM CLOSING IT!

Also he didn't pay 2 million dollars. No, not out of his own pocket. That was the assets the was ALREADY IN THE FOUNDATION'S COFFERS!

Not being a part of a charity is one, something they probably had no intention of doing as they are TOO BUSY RUNNING THE GOVERNMENT! And was something they agreed to just so they can get THE VINDICTIVE PROSECUTOR OF THEIR DAMN BACKS!

You don't even know where the accusations that he took money from his own charity. I provided it for you in a news article along with the proof that it was an agreed upon settlement. NOT a illegal use of funds. How is giving money from your charity to another charity as part of a legally agreed upon settlement an illegal use of funds?

And once again the date of the settlement was in 2007, he only started taking money from others in 2009.

So show me one case that he used the money that went into the charity for a personal use. WAITING...
