So what, they're gonna wait until 2020.

You might note that was the FIRST time he was put under surveillance, before he ever worked for the Trump campaign.

They arrested the people who tried to RECRUIT him, but they didn't arrest HIM, which means he didn't do anything wrong.

The FBI MET with Page before those Russians were arrested too.

I would say, until Mueller concludes his investigation, if he is arrested at all.
I am aware. As is the whole world, as he bragged about being a Russian adviser. How odd that he found his way into Trump's inner circle! Wait, that's not odd at all, given the developments since.

Yes because in 2013 there was almost no Americans doing business with Russia.

Practically unheard of. Probably only like millions of Americans doing business with Russia. Tiny number.

How many people in the 2016 election had ties to Russia?

Almost all of them, in both the Trump campaign and the Clinton campaign.

The Clinton campaign just had far more links to Russia than Trump.

Why are we not concerned about the Clinton campaign again?

Would you like to talk about John Podesta's ties to Russia? How about Bill Clintons?

They freeload off us for their National Defense, circumvent our sanctions on Iran, screw us on Trade and now they building pipeline with Russia?

    Germany is a complete farce.

The Post reported that Germany has not one operational submarine, only half of its Leopard 2 tanks were operational in November 2017, and so many helicopters require repair that Bundeswehr pilots were using private helicopters for practice.

While Germany declines to spend 2 percent on defense, it appears to have enough money to build another natural gas pipeline from Russia to Germany and beyond – this will be the third. Germany already imports about half of its oil and natural gas from Russia; the new pipeline will increase that to 60% and beyond. The pipelines also serve France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, among our "closest allies."

Remember how upset our European allies were by Russian meddling in Ukraine and the conquest and annexation of Crimea? They tossed Russia from the G-7 and imposed sanctions on Russian oligarchs and companies – though not on Putin himself.

Then, when Russia tried abruptly to cancel its gas transit contracts with Ukraine and Poland, Ukraine won its case to retain the shipping rights – and the associated fees – in the international arbitration court in Sweden. So, of course, Germany, et al. sided with Ukraine, which needs the fees in part to continue to resist Russian-inspired aggression. Right? No. Germany sided with Russia against Ukraine – offering to "mediate" between the invader and the invaded!

Haha, yes, Trump...just your typical American, running for president, hitring foreign agents to run his campaign, appointing a foreign agent to head our national security, hiring a campaign manager who launders criminal foreign money...his nut spawn colliding with foreign agents.... Whose personal lawyer was meeting with foreign agents...

Oh, and the word "foreign" can be replaced by "russian" in every instance. Yep..
    .just your typical American!

Dang you are goofy. Listen to yourself.

    Uh huh.

You'd rather have elected the person taking money DIRECTLY from Putin?

I suppose she could have also gotten it from Podesta or her husband too.

You really wanna try me on this?

Oh and insulting me will just make me pull your wings off slower.

Hillary? Yes, definitely. Really, just about anyone would have been a better choice, your lame whataboutism notwithstanding.

I have serious doubts that you have ever outsmarted anyone. You seem misinformed and reactionary.

Oh. He laundered money for Russia?

Source for your claim please. I'm pretty sure that's illegal.

Duh, everyone likes Trump more. Putin's not stupid.

No one likes the Clintons now that they can't hurt them.

And there is the LIE and Coverup all in one paragraph. Perfect, what you wrote is exactly what the UNDER Educated Right think and do. See, Trump LOVES Putin, has said how much he likes him, wants to work with him. This isnt about BLAMING Russia, it is about blasting Germany for buying cheap OIL. But awesome twist to fall inline with the RIGHT propaganda...
So glad I got a real education, both school and the street... I can only imagine sitting down right now sucking down a BIG Mac while watching FOX news and thinking, this is great. I make 20$ an hour for the past 20 years, but soon, trump is gonna make me rich... LMAO ! *****

During 2009 Germany installed 8 times more Solar than America did. A country a minute size of America and they will be all renewable energy by 2050. We will still be in the dark OIL age, but as long as you have your minivan and can shoot over to McDonald for a 2 for 1 mc Nugget, you will be happy. Should only cost you an hour wage by then... 12.50$

If they are going to use oil, should they not buy it where they get it the cheapest ? Or should they buy it where Trump tells them too. They are not held captive. But sounds like right wing propaganda that works well for the angle.

Never said that the US DOES pipe natural gas to Europe.

    Strawman much?

It'd actually pitiful that you keep trying to pretend that Russia DID NOT get 20% of our uranium reserves.

I provided a provided a LINK PROVING OTHERWISE...let's see you provide one disproving it...and then there was your OTHER LIE about it, that "none of it could be exported"...ALSO NOT TRUE.

Cash Flowed to Clinton Foundation Amid Russian Uranium Deal

Putin’s latest coup, its nationalistic fervor recalling an era when its precursor served as the official mouthpiece of the Kremlin: “Russian Nuclear Energy Conquers the World.”

The article, in January 2013, detailed how the Russian atomic energy agency, Rosatom, had taken over a Canadian company with uranium-mining stakes stretching from Central Asia to the American West. The deal made Rosatom one of the world’s largest uranium producers and brought Mr. Putin closer to his goal of controlling much of the global uranium supply chain.

Beyond mines in Kazakhstan that are among the most lucrative in the world, the sale gave the Russians control of one-fifth of all uranium production capacity in the United States. Since uranium is considered a strategic asset, with implications for national security, the deal had to be approved by a committee composed of representatives from a number of United States government agencies. Among the agencies that eventually signed off was the State Department, then headed by Mr. Clinton’s wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Uranium One deal led to some exports to Europe, memos show

After the Obama administration approved the sale of a Canadian mining company with significant U.S. uranium reserves to a firm owned by Russia’s government, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission assured Congress and the public the new owners couldn’t export any raw nuclear fuel from America’s shores.

“No uranium produced at either facility may be exported,” the NRC declared in a November 2010 press release that announced that ARMZ, a subsidiary of the Russian state-owned Rosatom, had been approved to take ownership of the Uranium One mining firm and its American assets.

A year later, the nuclear regulator repeated the assurance in a letter to Sen. .John Borasso a Wyoming Republican in whose state Uranium One operated mines.

“Neither Uranium One Inc. nor AMRZ holds a specific NRC export license. In order to export uranium from the United States, Uranium One Inc. or ARMZ would need to apply for and obtain a specific NRC license authorizing the exports of uranium for use in reactor fuel,” then-NRC Chairman Gregory Jaczko wrote to Barrasso.

The NRC never issued an export license to the Russian firm, a fact so engrained in the narrative of the Uranium One controversy that it showed up in The Washington Post’s official fact-checker site this week. “We have noted repeatedly that extracted uranium could not be exported by Russia without a license, which Rosatom does not have,” the Post reported on Monday, linking to the 2011 Barrasso letter.

Yet NRC memos reviewed by The Hill show that it did approve the shipment of yellowcake uranium — the raw material used to make nuclear fuel and weapons — from the Russian-owned mines in the United States to Canada in 2012 through a third party. Later, the Obama administration approved some of that uranium going all the way to Europe, government documents show.

Let's see you BACKUP YOUR BULLSHIT...for once.

Maybe Germany should work with the rules of the NATO treaty instead of going behind all the other NATO countries back and dealing with the Enemy.

Bullcrap. Producing the batteries needed to store the highly INEFFICIENT solar power is one of the most contaminating manufacturing processes known.

Solar is as inefficient as wind power, for the SAME REASON = too weak.

Wow do you need to research this topic. Germany's tapdance with solar nowhere near made them energy independent.

an expert commission appointed by the country’s minister of economy and energy has said the 40 percent target probably won’t be reached by 2020. And the energy revolution has caused problems of its own. Because fossil-fuel power plants cannot easily ramp down generation in response to excess supply on the grid, on sunny, windy days there is sometimes so much power in the system that the price goes negative—in other words, operators of large plants, most of which run on coal or natural gas, must pay commercial customers to consume electricity. That situation has also arisen recently in Texas and California (see “Texas and California Have Too Much Renewable Energy”) when the generation of solar power has maxed out.

    https://www.technologyreview.com/s/601514/germany-runs-up-against-the-limits-of-renewables/

And if Germany is so energy independent why do they get 70% of their gas from Russia and its on tap to INCREASE that number not decrease?
