If they have a warrant, the red card is of no consequence. If they don't have a warrant, they need to go away. So says the Constitution.

 

Technically wrong. If they have an adminstrative order or judicial order they both can make an arrest in public without a warrant.

ICE works 24/7 apprehending and deporting illegals. Trump put the onus on (D)'s to work out a plan. I’m sorry the economy in Missouri sucks. I have family moving out of there now so I’m familiar with the differences. Not all red states do well. I’m not projecting, just stating facts.

I haven’t had to hire anyone I don’t know for some time. I understand mobile devices can be used now but when I checked into e-verify previously it wasn’t an option as I don’t own a computer and certainly wouldn’t have access to one when hiring. When I have to have help I often don’t know until that morning. I will have to look into the mobile app for if I need it in the future.

Well we agree more than disagree then because I haven’t any argument with that. I don’t want to hire illegals either. But again I do the best I can with what our sorry government hands me. I was not accusing you I was asking you.

For sake of discussion, you believe e-verify is more reliable than paper documents it relies on? I’d be interested in any experience you have with it positive or negative.
