So we are "occupying" Japan? Germany? South Korea? The U.K. since we have troops there?

President Trump Sr.'s budget includes huge cuts to nonmilitary spending.

 

They didn’t attack the United States. They murdered 3,000 people using a plane. Timothy mccveigh did something similar with a bomb.

 

You suggested amending the Constitution. So obviously you don't respect it as written.

 

I’ve already proven it. We outspend the next closest country by a factor of 4, AND WE ARENT AT WAR. We are in no danger of any country attacking the continental US.

 

That is a completely insane interpretation of the events of 9-11 given that the Pentagon is the headquarters for the U.S. Dept. of Defense.

IIRC on 9-11 dozens of U.S. military personnel were killed as well.
