Two tiered system? Many Pa. counties didn't allow voters to cure rejected mail-in ballots

I'm sure it's in here somewhere... you can search for yourself for only $22, $16 of which goes to Trump's 2024 reelection campaign....

    Of course he can't....

    The US Constitution.

"The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations"

I don't see anything in there about Secretary of State, state Supreme Courts, or state Governors making election law.

He’s had his day in court. Many times. And lost.
The only cases he has won have not actually helped him get even part of one step closer to winning.

It is over. It’s been over for weeks. You’re just stuck in the first stage of grief (denial). Trump and many of his supporters will never get beyond that.

Trump thinks that shows the attitude of a fighter: never give up. But it actually shows the attitude of a loser: someone who doesn’t have the mental strength to face reality.

What legal principle are you basing that on? Curing issues to make a ballot valid has been allowed through numerous elections and I have never seen them disputed until the cult lost their leader and are scrambling to figure out a way to veto the voice of We the people of the United States.

If fraud had occurred why isn’t that what is being brought before the courts instead of issues to invalid legitimate votes?

I obviously fully agree with you on this topic. I will only add that while I believe any efforts along this line will fail, it's still a better legal argument that "throw out all the votes and pick our boy instead"

I think the counties that ignored the SOS's guidance need to justify why they didn't attempt to cure their ballots? Manpower? Time?

As I pointed out back in post #21, the counties that cured were mixed between D and R counties, so those that didn't cure would be mixed as well.

At the end of the day, it's probable that more D's were disenfranchised here by the decision not to cure....

No one thinks it's over, it is over. Serious, your desperation is immature at best. These attempts at changing the vote count seems like a spoiled child that refuses to accept the loss.

Some counties extended the curing dates and not others. Pretty sure Trump's folks already won that case. It is, in fact, over. There weren't remotely enough votes to swing things to Trump.

Not if you add up all the fraudulent votes. That isn't even counting the illegal votes.

When someone manages to count them outside the whimsical land of deranged Trump make-believe, let me know. All you guys have now are feelings. The facts don't care about your feelings.

So what does that matter and it concerned every vote in the state of Florida and yes in that one state it matters, now you don't believe in equal protection and all voters should be treated the same?

I think it's time to send in the big guns to physically remove Trump from the WH and toss him around a bit... he'll get the hint

Sounds like a deplorable on the surface, but he's on the side of right...

    SNIP
At 6ft 8in tall, tattoos on his arms, a long goatee and often in short sleeves, he stood out amid the parade of suits. He once said of his appearance: “I do not look like a typical politician. I do not even look like a typical person.”

In Braddock, Fetterman championed a community-led approach to tackling crime and poverty, both of which blighted the town. He took the job seriously — very seriously. On his right arm he has tattooed the dates of murders that took place in Braddock while he was mayor. He currently has nine dates and is due to add one more. On his left arm he has the town’s zip code.

An Obama appointed judge. The quick decision expedited moving on to the Supreme Court. The Obama judge should have run out the clock.

You violated the rules for the poster:" If a quote is added, it must be clearly distinguishable from the personal commentary. "Quotes may only contain a small portion of the article." Not the whole thing

Pennsylvania set a new voter participation record in the 2020 election with 70.9% of eligible age citizens voting in the election, beating the previous participation record of 70.3% set back in 1960.

You're only talking a few hundred votes and no court is going to overturn an election which would involve 7 million P.A. voters. That's totally ridiculous and shows how demented Trump's reasoning is. . Plus Trump would have had to overturn the votes in 2 more states to overturn the election.. Once again Trump is not dealing with a full deck. Pennsylvania’s secretary of state told all counties that they could cure flawed ballots but the Republican ones chose not to.. . Psycho Trump pushes on to invalidate the 2020 election for asinine reasons and you buy this no matter how much it disrupts democracy in the U.S.

He has filed to overturn the judges decision made yesterday. He is more than willing to disenfranchise almost7 million Pa. citizens just to satisfy his already over inflated ego. He will go down in our history as a **** stain on democracy.

It doesn't matter how many I am talking, constitutional rights aren't about how many, and this would only apply to "cured" ballots not 7 million voters. Get your facts straight, this is about equal protection you DO support equal protection under the law especially when it comes to voting.

Why is that so hard to grasp? SCOTUS said so in Gore v Wade and Alito has already hinted that in the case from PA.

    The powers are specifically granted.
Sorry, governors, judges and secretaries of state aren't on that list
