The part you quoted does not refer to collusion. even though one of the many instances in which collusion was proven is mentioned on the same paragraph. It refers to the statutes mentioned in Section IV of the report.

That's what I said. There are many similar instances of collusion between Russian and the Trump campaign in the Mueller Report.
