    Irrelevant!

He spouted your BLOTUS's hateful rhetoric in his manifesto and he agreed with the white supremacist killer in New Zealand.

You either use the manifesto as a source or you ignore it. If you are going to use it, he clearly says that his feelings predated Trump.

Where were you when BLM was calling for the death of cops?

So what? Lee Harvey Oswald's last name began with the letter O.....so I guess the JFK assassination is obama's fault.

No, Deri, The Atlantic Monthly is not a "rightwing" source. Surely you know that.

“The Trump era has given rise to a vast alternative left-wing media infrastructure that operates largely out of the view of casual news consumers, but commands a massive audience and growing influence in liberal America. There are polemical podcasters and partisan click farms; wild-eyed conspiracists and cynical fabulists. Some traffic heavily in rumor and wage campaigns of misinformation; others are merely aggregators and commentators who have carved out a corner of the web for themselves. But taken together, they form a media universe where partisan hysteria is too easily stoked, and fake news can travel at the speed of light.”

That's not true Deri. The link works, and the source is THE NATION.
    Try again. :)

There you go again denying the documented and deliberately inhumane detention policy imposed by the Obama administration.

"DHS paid private prison companies Corrections Corporation of America (CCA) and the GEO Group at least $362 million to run the two facilities over the last year.

The two corporations have spent millions of dollars lobbying the federal government to expand immigrant detention and prevent immigration reforms that would harm their businesses, an April report by the non-profit Grassroots Leadership found.

"The prison companies are very powerful — they have a very powerful lobby and make a lot of money. Once the government start programs like this and builds these facilities it's much harder to shut them down," Hines said. "There's no sign DHS is trying to ramp them down."

All the apologists for this kind of corruption should need to examine their motives, and stop defending DP crimes.

You have been misinformed. Obama and his crony capitalist supporters crafted an inhumane detention system, "Hell Holes" to deter illegal aliens from crossing the border.

"At the Houston Processing Center, inspectors in 2012 cited no concerns about medical care standards, but failed to note that two detainees had died the previous year, including a 31-year-old man who had spent three of his six days incarcerated vomiting uncontrollably. The inspection also neglected to mention that staff had placed Daniel Jameson, a detainee with schizophrenia and frequent panic attacks, in solitary confinement for nine months, blatantly flouting appropriate isolation standards.

And at the Stewart Detention Center in Georgia, inspectors in 2012 noted six incidents of sexual assault and then minimized or dismissed them. One detainee reportedly beat up another who refused to give him sexual favors, but inspectors reclassified the incident from sexual assault to physical assault."

"Facility managers could also negotiate with ICE to edit their ratings. In 2012, for instance, ICE gave passing ratings to Karnes County Civil Detention Center and Pulaski County Jail despite inspectors' initial recommendations to fail the facilities."

The El Paso killer and the NZ killer were both nihilist left wing twits.
    Does this sound like Trump?

“Consumer culture is creating thousands of tons of unnecessary plastic waste and electronic waste, and recycling to help slow this down is almost non-existent. Urban sprawl creates inefficient cities which unnecessarily destroys millions of acres of land. We even use god knows how many trees worth of paper towels just wipe water off our hands. Everything I have seen and heard in my short life has led me to believe that the average American isn’t willing to change their lifestyle, even if the changes only cause a slight inconvenience. The government is unwilling to tackle these issues beyond empty promises since they are owned by corporations. Corporations that also like immigration because more people means a bigger market for their products. I just want to say that I love the people of this country, but *******n most of y’all are just too stubborn to change your lifestyle. So the next logical step is to decrease the number of people in America using resources. If we can get rid of enough people, then our way of life can become more sustainable.”

Facts and the record still matter.

When the remnant of the progressive left starts telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth it will regain some of its lost credibility and be in a position to effectively criticize its opposition. That will take some time - start now.

That quote came from someone else. Apparently the software did not work right when I was using that quote.

He didn't kill anybody with "feelings". He shot them! The "feeling" that he should shoot them did not predate Trump.

And you want to stretch that into making Trump responsible when in truth we do not know what set him off this time. He is crazy. Crazy people do crazy things. They don't need rational reasons to do crazy things.

BLM has called again and again for peaceful demonstrations. Which doesn't mean there might not be some nut among their supporters. Which BLM organizers are quick to distance themselves from. Trump has called for violence. And has never clearly distanced himself form White Supremacists.

Changing the subject doesn't help your case.

We know that Trump has been increasing his racist rhetoric, and we know that white supremacist shootings have increased since he's been doing that. And we also know that he refuses to clearly and unequivocally distance himself from white supremacists.

And you have never heard everybody telling Trump to tone down the rhetoric because crazy people are also listening?

Why do you think The Squad is receiving all those death threats? Or pipe bombs (however fake) are sent to Democrats? You want to wait until one of those materializes into actual deaths? And then say "oh... that was just one crazy".

    God!

No. They need irrational reasons. And that's exactly what Trump gave him.

Nor do they need irrational reason. Fact is, you are only assuming that Trump is responsible because you want him to be reponsible.
