LOL... bribery is okay if people with a lot of power and money agree it's not bribery. Money is not speech. Giving somebody in power money when they know what you're giving it to them for, policy-wise, is a bribe. If you're right, which is a stretch since calling money speech was a stretch, then it's the constitution that's inadequate. No the polarization is too far gone to fix itself now, thanks in large part to Fox news. But maybe a major cultural revolution could someday make it better though I suspect they should just trash it and start over.

"Rigged elections" implies coordination of voter fraud to achieve a desired result. What your post gives examples of is individual, anecdotal, uncoordinated fraud likely to benefit candidates from both parties equally.

If it's hard to prove voter fraud, why are you so certain that it occurs?

An unlocked car? That's your evidence? So, you have none. Just as I thought.

They aren't encouraging students to have sex, they are encouraging them to use protection IF they have sex. They DO explain the negative consequences, but do you really think that will keep kids from doing something that human beings have a natural, strong urge to do?

The girlie show at the county fair? What century are you living in? Kids today have access to porn on the phones in their pockets. They are going to have sex, with a few exceptions, sooner rather than later. And these days, in order to avoid some of those consequences, many if not most are performing oral sex only, which won't protect them from STDs, but at least the girls can't get pregnant.

When was the last time you talked with a teen about sex? If you want something to be outraged about, there are websites that instruct guys on how to sneak up on women, abduct them, tie them up, and rape them. Teen boys have access to this ****. Get angry about that, not about condoms being made available to them. That's called perspective.

Sanders voters certainly know that DP election rigging eliminates one candidate in favor of another. ;-)

The DP is a product of election rigging and vote fraud.

Will RP pols actively engage in election fraud if they think they can get away with it? IMO, yes.
Do they tolerate election rigging when they think it serves their interests? Of course.

    The inconvenient truth:

"It remains true, however, that flagrant examples of such fraud in other parts of the country have been documented throughout this Nation’s history by respected historians and journalists,[Footnote 11] that occasional examples have surfaced in recent years,[Footnote 12] and that Indiana’s own experience with fraudulent voting in the 2003 Democratic primary for East Chicago Mayor[Footnote 13]—though perpetrated using absentee ballots and not in-person fraud—demonstrate that not only is the risk of voter fraud real but that it could affect the outcome of a close election."

It's hard, not impossible. For example, it took over half a century to prove LBJ stole a US Senate seat, a testament of how hard it is to prove voter fraud in some cases, especially with a high office as a US Senator.

You are drawing the wrong conclusions from the numbers. The low number of fraud indicates how hard it is to prove (1). Voter fraud by VBM is especially harder to prove than in-person voting, due to the transmission method, (2) which is why it should never have been implemented, especially on the scale that it was in the 2020 election.

    You know what this is?

It's just right wingers rationalizing why they can't find fraud.

It's just like how they go on rationalizing Donald Trump's insanity.

I'm not buying it. Crap or get off the pot, as they say.

Admittedly I'm a bit off point, but many systems of justice operated under the guilty until proven innocent concept.

There is an argument to be made to support your contention, but when the freedom of speech becomes tightly defined then its loss is not far behind. That is how SCOTUS felt with United. It could easily be argued that burning an American flag is not speech, yet SCOTUS ruled that it is.

My locked/unlocked car analogy was perfectly solid evidence to back up my assertion that universal mail-in voting is far more susceptible and conducive to fraud and abuse than personal polling.

Despite denying it vociferously schools are encouraging students to have sex. That is why some schools as young as junior high teach the benefits of things like anal sex, homosexuality, and how to properly use the condoms they provide. It's called plausible deniability, even if they have convinced themselves it's not what they are doing. My point about the county fair was to assert that undesirable action should be made difficult and certainly not easy. Are you against schools that block unapproved web access through the school host and wifi?

Credible analyses have determined that something like 30,000 or so votes among just five states would have elected Trump. That's probably less than the vote swing from Trump to Biden that occurred after 10pm in Pennsylvania alone.

Vote By Mail is a twofer: Vote Fraud and Mail Fraud

"Many Americans are expected to vote by mail for the first time in November 2020 because of coronavirus concerns, so "CBS This Morning" sent out 100 mock ballots, simulating 100 voters in locations across Philadelphia, in an experiment to see how long one should give themselves to make sure their vote counts.

For the experiment, a P.O. box was set up to represent a local election office. A few days after the initial ballots were mailed, 100 more were sent. "

"A week after initial ballots were sent, most ballots appeared to be missing from the P.O. box.

"I don't see anything back there for you," a postal worker told Dokoupil when he received the mail. "That's all I have back there right now.""

    VBM makes election rigging easier.

"Out of the initial batch mailed a week earlier, 97 out of 100 votes had arrived. Three simulated persons, or 3% of voters, were effectively disenfranchised by mail by giving their ballots a week to arrive. In a close election, 3% could be pivotal."

This is the hallmark of someone losing an argument and is abscribing motive with no foundation.

And you don't even realize the best case for fraud, as reported by the journalist named Joe.

It's interesting that CBS reported this in 2020. Thanks for the link. Using Google, I had to use their filter for analysis on why VBM leads to more fraud reported before 2020. Using Google with no filter, I could only find reports about how awesome VBM is and how there is no risk for fraud whatsoever. It's was like there was some miracle that occurred in 2020 that made VBM risk-free. It shows you the level of disinformation from the ruling class on this topic. And the lefties on this forum either don't care or are ignorant of it. Either way, they're happy that their guy won, no matter the cost.

I'll file that in the wishful thinking file.

Sorry, you've got no proof, nor will you ever have proof, because of one inescapable fact that is not imaginary:

There is no fraud sufficient to support the allegation that Democrats stole the election.

You do realize that we could levy the same charge against republicans. I mean, what makes you guys so special?

Well, we don't levy charges based on imagination.

Google = MSM = Fake News

The still thinking Left still occasionally gags on DP election rigging.

"I watched the debate in Iowa here two weeks ago -- the all white debate -- and the fact that the Democratic, the DNC will not allow Cory Booker on that stage, will not allow Julian Castro on that stage, but they are going to allow Mike Bloomberg on the stage?" Moore roared. "Because he has a billion f*cking dollars!""

Yet even the VBM proponents readily agree that a state is much more likely to experience fraud, abuse, and error when they first start using VBM as many states did in 2020. NY's first trial was rife with error with people getting multiple ballots, names and addresses wrong, people not receiving mailed ballots, etc, etc, etc.
