This isnt true. The step raise is every 3 years, not that much money, and they cap out at step 10. So there are no guaranteed raises every year, and the raises feds do get dont come close to matching inflation. The benefits are nice but feds dont get paid as well as you think.

Also, can you provide an proof of the wall that has just been built in San Diego?
