They are not satisfied with live and let live, they expect others to accept their views and change our ways to tolerate theirs. Sure, some will grow up and become more conservative, but the radical elements make the most noise and get the grease that keeps them going.

Sadly your race now determines admission, jobs and other opportunities and not in the way it used to. Not having opportunities because you were black for example, was based on sheer ignorance. I know in the corporate world today, it helps to be black, Hispanic, gay, handicapped, Muslim, etc. when competing for a promotion.

 

So you are saying that in the history of this country, white males haven't been the most privileged group of folks. So why don't we see all of these folks in Board Mtgs? My wife works for a major corporation and she says that many mtgs she is in, she is the only black person in there.

 

Funny...that last 7 promotions in my dept was six white, straight, non-handicapped, christians.

 

The problem is not whites, it is too many people, blacks included, who use race as an excuse to remain lazy and uneducated.

 

Maybe they are promoting people based on their skills and experience versus their race.

Why should I care what race/culture is dominant in this country? You are saying there is no privilege or benefits to any one specific ethnicity, so what difference would the perception of one race holding dominance over another possibly make? Apparently, it is all an illusion.

According to your obtuse, logic, when we humans boil food to eat we should be angry at the pot for capturing all of the unhealthy little particles left behind in the pot. According to your obtuse, logic, when we humans take our dogs to the park to poop we should get angry at the ground/the spot where the dog's poop landed.

Awarded? It's more like prevailed against against the odds, and other individual humans and cultural attributes, because of; superior skill, ethics, intellegence, culture and health.

You and I are the product of sperm race. Of the billion sperm cells released only one wins the reproductive race, arguably the healthier of the bunch. Would you prefer to be the product of one of the lesser haploid cells? Are some sperm more "privileged?' Maybe we should let your progeny deal with 22 chromosomes or some other flawed sperm cell.

Further, and importantly, success and survival exist on very slim margins. Like the sperm race the one in a billion chance. Dumbing down the gene pool by a percent can mean extinction or a more brutal existence for human kind.

 

It's why I was scrubbing steak irons 3:30 to midnight after school at age 14 for cash below minimum wage: white privilege.

 

How do you interpret 'privilege'?

The reason I ask is because many leftists use these sorts of terms without giving them much thought.
