    Oh, that one huh?

It's already violated isn't it? Can you have a nuclear arsenal?

Ah. ITs been violated a little bit since I can't have nukes or post 1986 machineguns or destructive devices, so I won't mind if you just take it away entirely and remove small arms and destructive devices as well?

Yeah that makes a whole lot of sense.

Exactly. In fact it's been so compromised it no longer resembles in the slightest way what if was originated for.

You couldn't tell that I was mocking you, could you dear? Bless your little heart.

I'd disagree on that. Its still fairly close and its still mostly effective, though its certainly been relentlessly pruned over and over.

I swear, I have read that same ridiculous line at least 30 times on this board/subject :) And its just as ridiculous this time as it was the other twenty nine times. Perfect example of the left never evolving or improving their rhetoric and simply parrot the same stuff over and over and over!

Anecdotal evidence versus an actual study:

"Finding that a young man who committed a violent crime also played a popular video game, such as Call of Duty, Halo, or Grand Theft Auto, is as pointless as pointing out that the criminal also wore socks."

"I think the biggest 'take home' of this study is that violent video games were not related to increases in violent crime--not even a little" -- Professor Markey

"Even with all these issues considered the same result emerged--violent video games were negatively related to violent crime."

"...after this discovery we replicated this finding examining violent movies. It turns out, like violent video games, the popularity of violent films is inversely related to violent crime."

    https://www.gamespot.com/articles/violent-video-games-dont-lead-to-increases-in-viol/1100-6422421/

Any number of factors go into whether or not someone commits a violent crime, but playing violent video games is not one of them. And I say that as someone who doesn't particularly like first person shooter games.

Exactly, you can't have it or most military weaponry. So the 2nd has been dead for decades, a century.

The NRA has been quite good at blocking unconstitutional gun laws.

As well, Trump is appointing judges who will strike down any gun laws that cannot be justified with a good reason.

The right to keep and bear arms has at most only ever applied to standard infantry weapons.

Nuclear weapons are not standard infantry weapons.

If you want to make an argument for widespread civilian ownership of machine guns and hand grenades, I'm with you.

When our rights are being violated, the answer is to end the violations.

Thus the need to vote for Mr. Trump.

Trump is appointing judges who will strike down any gun laws that can't be justified with a good reason. He will also veto any unjustifiable gun laws that are passed by Congress.

That's a lot better than allowing leftists to appoint judges who will completely refuse to enforce our rights, and a lot better than allowing leftists to pass laws that do nothing but violate our rights for no reason.

Not really. It is important that Mr. Trump protects us from leftists who try to violate our civil rights.

Not what I said, in fact. I just wanted to continue the prior discussion instead of your continual and entirely uninteresting amateurish attempts at deflection.

Is Japan non violent because of Shinto?
Perhaps in some respects as they're very traditionalist and orderly. Japan also overall has a very collectivist minded culture and has for centuries. Most of their violence, I would posit is replaced by suicide which they also have cultural quirks surrounding.

They also got 2 nukes dropped on them and well, that had an effect. Some pretty weird **** happens in Japan. And they were occupied by a foreign power for quite some time (yo) and we rounded up all their ****.
    After glassing 2 cities.
