I think the failure to understand how deleterious federal government is to the American way of life falls on people of both parties. We are all being screwed by the federal government, even the rich people who pay most of the taxes.

Not about the volumes spoken about the hyperbole you posted. Nobody is starving to death because there are rich people. Not a single person.

You sound so silly when you make a case against the Hollywood value system when you elect phony actors like Reagan and Trump and Thompson and so ny Bono and Clint Eastwood Well obviously they’re good actors because they got the uneducated to support them

Citizens United was not a law. It was a Supreme Court ruling.

No, I'm not rich. Yes I am getting screwed. Earlier I said everyone is getting screwed by federal government including rich people. Why would you want to live a country where it is impossible to become rich?

    Lol
Putting me on "ignore" is the most logical thing you've said so far.
When have you ever not "ignored" me?
    I will consider myself "ignored".

Lol...Then the "WRITTEN RECORD" will show that I have never insulted you.
Perhaps that "nice chunk of peace of mind" that you feel when you "expose a LW-Complex lie narrative",
is just your ego patting itself on the back...trying to convince you that you've been right about something.
That is not peace of mind.

Do they intentionally choose such a self-defeating alternate reality, or is it imposed upon them? Perhaps by the progressive education industry?

Lol...burgle someones car" you say. Are you still suggesting that all poor people are burglars and all rich people are not?
The "everybody is doing it so it’s ok" argument is not exclusive to second graders.
After all, Mr. Trump's defense is relying on that fact. Is it not?
I asked you why you would walk up to a rich man and give him your money
because that's exactly what you expect us all to do
when you want to give them the taxes we pay.
It doesn't matter what form it is in. You're still giving money
to a rich man and expecting us to believe it's for our own good
and the moral thing to do.
You really want to see what your tax breaks for the rich has accomplished?
Take a good look at the person you've elected to be president of this country.
Guess how many tax breaks he's been given in his lifetime.
Please let me quote you one more time..."I don’t see how this is complicated."

How do you explain the fact that most of the income taxes are paid by the wealthy?

It was already explained: The reason is that the wealthy make most of the income.

Exactly! They whine about paying more of the income taxes
as if poor people were forcing them to hoard money.
Okay. I apologize. If it is my fault they are hoarding money,
    then I am truly sorry.

Oh yeah, just mail your post card by April 15th. But such simplicity would make it exceedingly difficult for the government to do complex social engineering and Intuit and Block would be no more (yay!), thus the elites will resist it all the way to revolution.

People that get income from a business don't 'earn" their money? What? It's important not to overtax, because it's these people you claim that don't "earn" their income, that provide the jobs for the folks you claim do

Individually yes, but not as a group. The reason is that the wealthy have the highest tax rates.

They don't blame poor people for anything. Where did you get that idea? Ah, the leftie media, of course.

Is someone forcing you to be wealthy?
Perhaps you could start a "Me Too" movement.

Actually I've never come across the idea that poor people were responsible for the problems
we face in this country. Until I seen the ideas posted at these forums.

why doesn’t the drug infested, immoral, decadent and incredibly hypocritical hollywood elite support trump? You claim he’s one of them... madonna, alyssa milano, lebron.. i’ll take 1 CEO of a company over 100 worthless hollywood elites who have to find an evil enemy to fight so they can offset low moral of living a life of decadence, just working to amuse people
