Video from the incident shows Kitts shouting, "Get off of me! You're not arresting me for nothing. I ain't doing nothing wrong! What the f--- is wrong with you, people?"

She was exactly right, they arrested her for doing "nothing." Therein lies the injustice, and therein lies a warning for us all, when a governor with no legislative law to back him up, can have us tased, handcuffed, and arrested; for doing nothing.

Woman gets tased, hand-cuffed, and arrested for "not wearing a mask."

The above title is false, untrue and not at all what happened. The woman was Tasered, hand-cuffed and arrested for refusing to leave. She is not on her own property, the property she is on has rules and she refused to obey those rules. She could have simply walked away. Instead she decided to fight with those officers.

There are plenty of examples of police going too far, using excessive force, shooting people for no good reason.

This is not one of those examples. She started it, she had the power to end it peacefully and she chose to escalate the incident.

It was a police officer and yes they have the authority to enforce the law and the school regulations no one is talking teachers handle the matter.

To the contrary, this was a perfect example of some rent-a-cop going too far; accosting, tasing, handcuffing, arresting, and using excessive force "for no good reason." In fact, it's a textbook example of it.

She was exactly wrong and had been told quite clearly that she would have to leave if she did not put on her mask or go get a face shield, she refused and she was clearly told that she would have leave if she did not. she refused, then when the police officer was lawfully placing her under arrest for not leaving the stands she physically resisted, when she was warned not to resist she refused to stop, what the F--- is wrong with her and people like her who believe they do not have to follow the law and government mandates and rules for being at a public school?

I've been at the games my grandkids are playing right now, WEARING a mask and have seen the security point at people in the stands not wearing them and motion for them to put them on and the civil law abiding people do so, no problem. This young woman acted like a spoiled petulant child jumping up and down stomping her feet because she didn't get her way. Fine her $100 and 100 hours of community service and an apology to the school.

The federal court case last week in western PA was brought by people whose businesses had been shut down by the lockdown order. They sued the Governor, and the court declared the Governor's actions to be unconstitutional, so there's hope.

Had the rent-a-cop not needlessly groped her, tased her, and handcuffed her; she wouldn't have needed to resist anything. It was all brought about by the abusive actions of the rent-a-cop.

The rent-a-cop should be fired and disciplined, the school district sued for its abusive policies and procedures, and the girl paid appropriate damages. The video says it all, and it says exactly what I say it's saying.

I didn't make up the video, and it shows exactly what I say it shows. And here I thought you would be someone opposed to abusive police behavior, yet you support it and blame the victim instead.

Actually, as much as FreshAir and I disagree with each other, he has been fairly consistent on this point:

FA is pretty consistent regarding his beliefs - yes, he is a partisan Dem and/or LW-er, but he's not a hypocrite.

If I were a 200 lbs. man (like the one in the foreground) I would have exerted / extended the exercise of (my & her) Bill of Rights implementation in the defense of this woman - stepping in the gap & having this power crazed, illegitimate arresting force to go through me - first...! Such should always be the case in our Constitutionalistic America... We look out for each other... or so it should be.

Gets me mad watching this video... - should have been "Shut Down" way before he started torquing her limbs...

When you make a statement and resist authority this is what you get.

So when you exercise your 1st Amendment rights legitimately, (ostensibly what this lady did) - yehh, it doesn't matter so much & it can be trampled upon by 'woke scold' - virtue signaling, cultural warriors... Gaslighting us... (I do believe that I hit many of the buzz words, lol...)

How about if this unfortunate lady was black... ? The arbitrary difference (hypothetically) should concern us... & that is where we have been brought to... (imho)...

Racism... yehh it exists... Will the 'boomerang' effect of overcompensation for this cripple our course forward as a nation & discourse for decades to come...? (Kamala Harris thinks so)

Sometimes protest is required to maintain freedom. When this thing started we had a permit to travel. The Sherrif deputy told us not to worry. They were not becoming involved. This makes it voluntary. I wear a mask because it seems like good manners to me. And... it is better to be safe. But on the other hand I like football and if strict enforcement of a mask rule would bring it back at the college level, I may just support it..... not. Make it voluntary and socially acceptable to wear mask in public for 2 years.

I, or any clear minded individual, should / would have "resisted" (on any number of grounds) - OMG... the 'sheeple' mentality... go buy a pocket Constitution / verse yourself in your 'inalienable rights' - as a US citizen... Astounding, the dogma of complacency & herd mentality...

While espousing this... ---> 'Go Blue' - my steadfast prayers are for our police, ICE & other LE entities out there... they have been put in the most tenuous of circumstances & we should all be supporting them right now - like never before (critical)! ... (imho)

I believe Jacob Blake should not have demonstrated lethal force while resisting the arrest for outstanding felony warrants and should have obeyed the lawful orders of the police and not tried to enter the car and make like he was grabbing for another weapon. How about you?

You're the one who brought up your meeting with the AD and he told you not law enforcement to not approach people in the stands. I mere asked if you were law enforcement. You aren't so yeah they told you not to try and enforce the law. What was your point?

She refused to peacefully comply with the mask order and the refused to peaceful leave the stadium and then physically resisted being escorted out. Stop with the specious attempts to inflame it with the fallacious sexually groped her claim.
