    No just his legal reasoning here. He is criminalizing speech. Nothing about inciting a riot or violence, where is the sedition charge, where is the insurrection? His charge is Trump made wrong statements.

    The investigation began before he announced his candidacy.

    He announced his candidacy long before the norm for candidates to announce their candidacy, ostensibly so that he could holler 'interference'.

    Here, a PBS article that chronicles the timeline and what me and @Bluesguy talked about: The DOJ knew and argued from the beginning that there wasn't a nexus connection between Trump and the rioters. That was their argument from 2020-late 2022. The SHIFT in argument from prosecutors, came during the Proud Boys trial, whereby using inference(which itself isn't proof, nor would I have admitted it as such) that there was a connection, or at least a perceived one between the Proud Boys and Trump.

    I want to reiterate: There's no proof of this, they took the statement made TWO MONTHS before the election as an inference, because and this article backs me up: They had nothing else. The Honorable Judge, laughably, humiliatingly actually accepted this proposition.

    This would be like if you listened to any of R Kelly's songs, you MUST be a sex criminal or something.

    But because the judge, in the wrong frame of mind actually accepted the proposition we are here now. Once this argument was accepted, it was only gonna be a matter of time.

    Well what happened to the charges of sedition and insurrection I mean THAT has been the claims for over two years. He was impeached for such claims and attempts to deny him the right to run again based on such claims. Does Congress take back the impeachment since the Special Prosecutor could bring no such charge?

    They will still want him to be their POTUS (no matter what he is charged with or convicted of ) One cannot buy this kind of blind devotion.

    He’s been “INDICTED”, there are several quotes IN this thread of what he’s being CHARGED with.

    Of course no one is saying what “crime he’s committed; he hasn’t been convicted … yet. :roll:

    BUT! The crimes he’s ACCUSED of are:

    - to defraud the United States

    - corrupt obstruction of an official proceeding

    -conspiracy to commit that crime.

    - to deprive people of civil rights provided by federal law or the Constitution.

    He had an actual title in the administration...Director of the Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy

    I think they would put "administration member" in the description before Political Advisor, but you could be right...

    Would love that to be true, because he's a complete dirtbag...
