There are certain things that are coming out in court that keeps making Zimmy more sinister and more sinister ... say for instance, there's no deliberate prejudice by the prosecution everytime the 911 calls are played .. they are just played when the evidence calls for it ... say for instance, the 50 calls Zimmy made to 911 ... you start wondering why Sanford PD doesn't simply say *oh here's another Zimmy call* ... and where each time they are played in court it becomes increasingly evident of the state of Zimmys mind ... say for instance, he calls 911 like it's the first time he does knowing they have to treat it like an emergency each time ...

Then there's the 911 Zimmy call on the night of the shooting ... it's obvious Zimmy has finally reached the breaking point ... and this is corroborrated by some old white guy at the Retreat who was on camera as stating *George believes he was called to duty .. he was tired of all the burglaries*

Its these kinds of things we didn't pay to much attention too until now ... and where all these witnesses have been hysterical to this day about his shooting of *this kid* ... kid bieng confirmed by Dee Dee as to the what they did in thier relationship .... ride bikes and play video games ...

The old white guy is Frank Taaffe who never locked his house up, but who has inserted himself into this story.

 

As odd, as Dee Dee may have appeared on the stand, I believe her testimony is the most compelling thus far.

Tomorrow should be very interesting.

On a side note (humor)... I would have given a thousand bucks if they had told her this evening, that she had to come to court tomorrow morning a couple hours early. hahahahaha

The wording of the question is VERY important. Never once did the dispatcher say GZ was hostile.

So. . .Zimmerman wasn't HOSTILE, but he EXPRESSED HIS "FEELINGS " of hostility?

Yes. . .that does make a HUGE difference!

 

Dee Dee admitted she committed perjury. That doesn't sound like a compelling witness to me.

The jury instructions for witnesses:

You should consider how the witnesses acted, as well as what they said. Some things you should consider are:

1. Did the witness seem to have an opportunity to see and know the things about which the witness testified?

2. Did the witness seem to have an accurate memory?

3. Was the witness honest and straightforward in answering the attorneys' questions?

4. Did the witness have some interest in how the case should be decided?

5. Does the witness's testimony agree with the other testimony and other evidence in the case?

Give as applicable.
6. Has the witness been offered or received any money, preferred treatment, or other benefit in order to get the witness to testify?

7. Had any pressure or threat been used against the witness that affected the truth of the witness's testimony?

8. Did the witness at some other time make a statement that is inconsistent with the testimony [he] [she] gave in court?

9. Has the witness been convicted of a [felony] [misdemeanor involving [dishonesty] [false statement]]?

10. Does the witness have a general reputation for [dishonesty] [truthfulness]?

 

Not looking good for Zimmerman. Dee Dee's testimony really hurts the defense now that it has been proven Zimmerman followed and brutally attacked Martin.

 

Lol . Besides the lying and losing credibility . I think only the Martin maniacs on this board think that witness was good for the state .

 

Never once did the dispatcher say GZ was hostile and he never said GZ's feelings were hostile. In fact, he specifically stated the opposite. He was asked how the words themselves sounded, and of course, the words themself ARE hostile, however, in context, they were not said with hostility.

Words out of context can be seen as having certain emotions attached. That does not mean they conform to those emotions when uttered.

So, YES, there is a HUGE difference.

 

Unsubstantiated conclusion.

There is not a person on this board who hasn't expressed hostility at one point or another, yet the majority on here probably have never acted on it.

Not any more than actually trying to substantiate Dee Dee is a liar ... are you kidding ... a terrified and unsophisticated high school girl and without guile trying to speak from the heart to a defense attorney calling her a liar on irrelavancy defending the killer who's staring at her in court ?

 

Exactly the opposite.Zimmerman is solid as a rock.He hasn't waivered a tic
in what he stated and stands by.We now have impeachable State witness's who
are such cartoon jokes,even a cartoon would be embarrassed to stand next to any of
them.Plus the Real Trayvon is emerging calling George the " n " word and
" creepy ass cracker ".Defense may demand that texts of Trayvon be allowed into
the trial due to establishing via Dee Dee ,comments she offered as to what Trayvon
told her via text messages.That makes it allowable in court.The Defense tricked
Dee Dee into offering testimony which " opened the door " as to her veracity as
to what exactly Trayvon expressed to her via tweets.
As usual you got the entire thing a$$backward.
Zimmerman is no Bad guy and Trayvon is appearing more the troublemaker
than ever originally anticipated.

 

I LOLd at some of West's facial reactions too ....classic WTF kodak moments.

Even saw Tracy Martin shaking his head at one point.

Jury took no notes during her testimony...just stared at Dee in disbelief.

 

LOL what? Zimmerman is now seen as the aggressor and we have testimony that now proves it.
