She testified that Martin described the man following him as “a creepy-ass cracker” and he thought he had evaded him.

So who is the real racist libs, oh and it ain't Zimmerman?

 

She admitted that she lied on that day. . .and she explained why.

If she was to be prosecuted for that "white lie" it would already have been done.
It wasn't done for the simple reason that whether or not she attended the wake and the reason why she didn't is absolutely of NO ISSUE to the case, or to her testimony.

In fact, IF that question had been asked IN COURT, the judge would probably have dismissed the question as unrelated to the case.

And, to put the cherry on the cake, the heart emotional admission that she lied, and the REASON why she didn't go to the wake was one of the most real and heart wrenching moment of this whole trial as yet. Anyone with an ounce of sensitivity and heart could feel the pain of that girl.

She has RAISED her credibility by that admission that shows her as HUMAN and REAL.

By the way. . .if the court had wanted to "impeach" her testimony because of those silly, sad lies, the judge would not have made her come back tomorrow. . .and Rachel would probably have preferred it that way!

 

Well it could be that Zimmerman attacked him to hold him for the police and Martin thought he was getting mugged by some crazy looking guy. Zimmerman does look like a weirdo. So Martin, standing his ground used deadly force to defend himself and Zimmerman shot him for standing HIS ground. I mean a guy 70 feet from his front door is more likely to be standing his ground from someone following him than a guy who gets out of a van and follows him.

Both scenarios are speculation and both are just as valid in a court of law. And they have ZERO validity in a court of law. What does have validity is that the phone call did happen at the time Dee Dee said. That is a fact because they have the phone records from the company. So there is a chance Martin was on the phone talking when Zimmerman approached him. Now if I'm going to attack someone, would I be talking on the phone when I'm so close to home? It don't look good for George Zimmerman.

That is a good point however she testified the phone went dead. If I was going to attack someone and was talking on the phone, I'd drop the phone.

 

I myself thought West would have no further questions after that one ... he must've thought he was on a roll instead ..

 

'supposedly planned to shoot him' is what I wrote. You have to PROVE he planned it to convict of murder. Otherwise its self defense.

 

But all along the story was Trayvon hid in the bushes and ambushed him on his way back to his truck. "Oh (*)(*)(*)(*) the (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)'s behind me" Zims defenders are praying the jury doesn't believe that.

Right, she admitted perjury. She's not being prosecuted because she's the prosecutions star witness; sadly this is the best witness the prosecution has. She was asked the question in court, and answered it. I know the case is all about emotion to you. The judge didn't make her come back tomorrow, West did. He wasn't done with his cross examination. I'm sure her attitude went over well with the older cracker females on the jury.

No one mentioned Martin hiding in the bushes that I saw. Martin doubled back to attack Zimmerman, os the self defense claim.

Don't know. DO KNOW, that he was past Zimmerman, and almost to his dad's hoe's house, and then wound up BACK THE WAY HE CAME, instead of just "going home" as the Trayvonites have claimed he was doing from Day One..

The only thing the prosecution's witness established today, was that Martin WAS ON TOP OF ZIMMERMAN...

 

Self defense allows the intent to kill, and now that the prosecution's OWN WITNESS has established that Martin was ON TOP OF ZIMMERMAN, proving self-defense should be a cake walk...

No one saw the man on top beat the other.
And, to this day, there are still conflicting evidences of who wAs on top. . . . And for how long.

Zimmerman's clothes certainly do not show ANY evidence of having been dragged and pounded in a soaking wet grass! Neither does the heels of his shoes or the hem of his pants.
But the toes of his shoes do show some traces of grass and dirt.
